Ce logement à la campagne offre un séjour détente pour toute la famille. Situé dans le Cantal, à 7 min de Mauriac. Rénovation de qualité, alliance du chic et du campagnard. Grand jardin ombragé. Les animaux de compagnie sont acceptés, moyennant un supplément de 20€. Ne l'oubliez pas à la réservation. Nous fournissons une grande et une petite serviette par personne, ainsi qu'un tapis de douche par salle de bain. Attention ⚠️, les draps ne sont pas fournis, prévoyez des draps en 160x200.

Charmante maisonnette paisible au cœur des volcans d'Auvergne. Elle dispose d' un espace détente avec jacuzzi, d'un jardin cloturé et deux places de parking privées. Des commerces se trouvent à 200m du logement et d'autres dans les villes voisines. Champagnac est une ancienne cité minière qui se situe à proximité de plusieurs lacs pour se baigner l'été (voiture) ainsi que des circuits de randonnées. En hiver, 3 stations de ski se trouvent a moins d'une heure du logement en voiture.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Our 23 m2 studio is located in the city center of Mauriac on a quiet street with little traffic. The accommodation has a sofa bed with a 140 x 190 cm mattress and a large shower. Nearby you can find all the necessary amenities. The apartment is located a 2-minute walk from a bakery and the square where a farmers' market is held on Saturday mornings. Two supermarkets are a 10-minute drive from the property.

Two-person apartment – with pool

Apartment on the ground floor of the owners' house, independent entrance, located three kilometers from the village, unobstructed view of the peaks of Cantal, very quiet location. The kitchen is equipped (fridge, induction stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave oven). The pool is available on sunny days (the pool is not heated). Pets are allowed but the property is not fenced and I provide a plaid for the sofa if necessary.
