Waterfront holiday rentals in Yonkers

An amazing place with a beautiful skyline looking into the city. Getting into the city was very easy (NJ transit or Port Imperial ferry) which took 15 minutes max. The neighborhood is very safe and we felt comfortable walking in the park across the street. There are good food options within walking distance. There is a huge park 1.5 miles away with pickleball and tennis courts. Highly recommend staying here!

This has to be the best Airbnb cost/benefit. Everything was great and the owners went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and at home. They are great! The place is really really nice and we had a great time there. Thank you Nate & Gloria!

Ana was a great host, firstly the apartment smelled AMAZING and it was nice and cool, she had toiletries laid out and the bed was comfortable. The ambiance of the apartment was very welcoming and homey. Will definitely be back, thank you for the hosting.

This place worked perfect for our first visit to NY. It was comfortable with spacious seating in the living room. A/C worked well. We took the bus from 47th St to Times Square every day. Much cheaper than Uber or ferry. They accept cash, $4 each way or pay via NJ transit app, but I had issues with it. Coming back in the bus terminal can be confusing. Our gate was 212, but it may change and staff was not helpful. There’s monitors you can view, bus 166 is what we took.

Great quick stay in between selling our place in CT and moving south. Arthur was friendly and very communicative and the place was as described. Thank you for a great stay!

Shiying’s house was perfect for our family get together. Everyone felt comfortable, the view was outstanding, we sat on the side deck for hours. We had plenty of towels, linens, kitchen was stocked, beds were comfy and the dining table sat all of us which is very important to us. And plenty of parking which is not easy to find on the lake!

As business professionals visiting the area for a nearby charity golf outing, this was our second stay at this beautiful home—and it was just as pristine as last year. The cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail inside are exceptional, and the waterfront deck offers stunning views that make for a truly relaxing experience. This was truly a unique home in a quaint spot in New Rochelle. A friendly neighbor actually knew the original owner who she said was a Buddhist, which makes so much sense. The decor and homeyness was welcoming and intriguing. The house itself is very clean and well laid out for the space. The house is on a corner right next to a park which not a lot of traffic that comes through. The only downside is the lack of parking, the driveway fits one car. We would definitely stay again if in the area!

Great location on the lake. House has all you need. Boat dock, several decks and chairs, ping pong table, kayaks and option power boat rental. Only issue for perhaps the elderly and handicapped would be the amount of stairs required for entry and lake access.

This is by far the best AirBnb I have ever stayed at! Elizabeth is a fabulous host and was unbelievably attentive and accommodating. The house is beautiful on a large plot of land with plenty of nature and breathtaking sites. The house was warm, inviting, and decorated beautifully. If you need a get away from the city, this is your place. I 100% will be coming by again.

A truly Great stay in Greenwich with David, we really enjoyed our stay in the house, such an awesome place and quiet location (next to a beautiful river!) too, which we loved. If you are looking for a comfortable, relaxing weekend in a great house, this is it!! House is very roomy with very comfortable bedrooms, lots of hang out spaces, fully stocked kitchen and plenty of linen and towels. Kitchen has everything you need. The hot tub was extra fun. Lots of outdoor spaces to enjoy. Loved sitting down by the dock on the Adirondack chairs watching the peaceful lake. Most importantly, the hosts were incredibly nice, helpful and provided great recommendations and regular check ins. We loved our stay!

I had such a relaxing and joyful night at Estefany's place! The location is incredibly convenient—just steps from the bus stop, and as soon as you get off, you’re greeted by the most breathtaking view. It immediately lifts your spirits, and the best part is, you can enjoy that same view right from inside the room! This is truly a top-notch stay. Estefany and Athiaperez are both so kind and welcoming, and I already miss Rio! 🐶 I highly recommend this place if you’re visiting New York. Also, if you’re into morning runs, this is a perfect spot. Waking up and running with such a stunning view is an experience you shouldn’t miss. I’d absolutely love to stay here again the next time I’m in New York. The place is clean, comfortable, and very safe. Highly, highly recommended! ✨✨

If you are looking to explore New York for a few days or longer then Jay's place is great. Just a few minutes from the Long Beach station, Penn or Grand Central are about an hour away on a direct LIRR train. You will save $$$ by staying here compared with Manhattan. Long Beach is a safe, full of interesting shops. The 10km boardwalk is just a few minutes away. The apartment of character in a listed building full of charm. Loved the well stocked kitchen and would not hesitate to come back again.

Great stay! Joe was very responsive and it was a very easy check in and check out process. The space is just as described in photos and was the perfect room for a wedding at the hotel. Would stay again!

Gerry & Arlene were great hosts! They helped us find a location that fit our needs (walkable to the ski slopes). (We thought we originally booked a place right at Mountain Creek, but it ended up being across the street - so definitely a bit of a walk, but still not too bad.) We were celebrating our son's 13th birthday and the condo was perfect. The location allowed us to snowboard all day, come back to have pizza and birthday cake, then go right back on the slopes until closing. (We also left two pairs of our snowboard boots there...and they were extremely helpful in getting these back to us!)

This was the perfect staycation spot for my family and I. We just wanted a quick escape from the busyness of the city, and that is exactly what we got. Diana was super helpful every step of the way. Her instructions were very clear and thorough - which made for a seamless navigation, gate entry, and entry into the condo. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated, and the additional household essentials like, a coffee maker (with coffee pods!!), rice cooker, toaster over, pots, pans, seasonings and a host of other essential items made our stay feel like a home away from home. AND, she even provided free Netflix - that was different and a nice added touch!! 👌Access the pool and hot tubs was the icing on top the cake. Highly recommend and hope to be back soon! 🙂

Loved the stay in the apartment! It was beautiful, peaceful and exactly what we needed to have a little time when life takes over. Will for sure be booking the spot again!! The view of NYC was beautiful. Well worth every penny-one of the nicest, cleanest places we’ve stayed so far! Aj's Airbnb is extremely quiet and in a fabulous location near Stevens and all of the restaurants on Washington Street. The apartment is spacious with a super comfy sofa and great view of a church steeple out of the windows. The bed is also comfortable and the bedroom has a lot of storage with two closets and a dresser--I appreciated the full length mirror as well. The elevator is such a bonus when traveling with luggage and the wide, open staircase is also very nice for coming and going. AJ was very receptive and responsive when I contacted him with a question.

The space was as described and very clean. I didnt have a car but it was just a few blocks away from the light rail. There are plenty of awesome restaurants and more with waking distance. Everything you need is in the house. The A/c is a bit loud in the bedroom but works great.
