What a beautiful place! Kathy was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire trip, she is awesome! The house was incredible, comfortable living room, clean kitchen, amazing bedroom, and a nice yard. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a weekend getaway trip, it was worth it!

This is a great place to stay just outside of Ogunquit its only 7 mins down the road. All the comforts of home and amenities. We would stay here again. it's also centrally located enough to do ALOT we went as far south as Boston and as far north as Acadia national park and as far west as white mountain national forest.

Beautiful home with water views, amazing location to walk or drive into Portsmouth or the outlets in Kittery.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beachfront home with our extended family, including a total of 6 adults and 5 kids. We had two additional adults spend one night, there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly suited for a group of our size. The location is unbeatable, right on Drakes Island Beach, with incredible views and direct access to the sand. While we didn’t go in the water, we spent plenty of time relaxing on the beach, walking along the shore, and enjoying the peaceful setting. The home was clean, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed. The large deck and open living spaces gave us plenty of room to spend time together and unwind. This was a perfect spot for a relaxing family getaway, and we’d absolutely return again. Highly recommended!

Kara’s place is peaceful and quiet. We loved the dirt road, and how easy it was to relax here. The interior is beautiful, calming, and stayed very cool during the heat of the day. The kitchen and bathroom (shower) were my favorite parts of the house! A nice yard for our daughter to walk around in and play! Very safe and friendly neighborhood. Definitely walkable to the beach- even though we chose to drive each time with a young child. Kara was responsive and actually saved us on short notice after the Airbnb we were originally staying at cancelled day of! We would stay again, and highly recommend. Removed from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to still want to go daily.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very nice and all accommodations were met and exceeded. We cooked dinner in the kitchen two of the nights we were there and found everything we needed very easily. Everything was very clean and well taken care of, yet felt extremely homey and welcoming! The fire pit and outdoor bar were an amazing benefit, the whole back/front yards and patios in general were amazing. It’s safe to say we truly enjoyed our time in this home and will be checking here first next time we come! Highly recommended stay!

Perfect location in York. Enjoyed our stay.

We arrived and saw either the hosts or prior renters had left a few key basic unopened items in the fridge to help ease us into our stay: items like half and half, some eggs and butter were present. The hosts had also made the effort to leave a small welcome and departing treat for me and the family that was a nice touch. The building was older but with that comes the charms of different features liked slightly raised floors at times and other anomalies. The rooms were freshly painted and we never saw any signs of pests inside.The location was close to the shore and walkable to the pier and attractions. The beach was extremely clean and though we only went at off hours (late night or sunrise) it was always relaxing. There is an active set of train tracks nearby so don't be alarmed, it's about a mile off I'd guess but you will hear them pass through.The roads were pretty quiet in the neighborhood and kids plays on the inactive street for hours. I flew in for work and only stayed a couple days but definitely enjoyed the space. I will be coming back to this Airbnb in fall

This place is a gem. Location is perfect. It is close to shopping, restaurants & beach. Pete & Holly were personable & thought of everything you would need to be comfortable. It was very clean & the grounds were beautifully kept. We would highly recommend this property.

Adorable, idyllic, comfortable, serene. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot for our Maine Minimoon! Some places have 5 stars and aren’t really legit — this is not one such place. Hillary’s place fully deserves ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. We look forward to staying again soon!!

This was a perfect location for enjoying being in the heart of Old Orchard Beach. You get live music down stairs, a few steps away from the beach, quick walk to downtown/pier. Totally worth it! The condo is beautiful and comfortable.

The condo was extremely clean and tidy. Location is perfect for shopping in Perkins Cove and walking the Marginal Way. Once again, another great visit!

Julie’s place was very nice and very clean. The location was great, right across the street from the ocean. The kitchen was well-equipped and there was even a small basket of treats. Julie responded very quickly to any messages we sent. We would highly recommend this place.
