Welcome to Locklies Innlet; a peaceful, quaint, waterfront cottage, nestled in a protected, deep water haven along with neighbor Regent Point Marina. A perfect place for total relaxation, connection with nature, family bonding, or even a refreshed opportunity for remote work. For water enthusiasts, Locklies Innlet provides 4 kayaks for exploration through calm waters, for crabbing; a large dock with crab pots, and for the anglers the green lights will bring in the keepers right off the dock.

This house will entertain the whole family, reducing the need for expensive side trips. Multiple family trips, reunions, or a romantic getaway are all perfect here. On site there will be Kayaks, a 16' canoe, a pool table, a dart board, televisions, gaming console, a book and video library, and board games. Use of the dock for your boats must be arranged ahead. You may of course use the dock for fishing and the kayak launch. There is outdoor seating, cornhole, and a volleyball net on site.

The Wyndham Kingsgate resort is less than a mile away from Historic Williamsburg and seven miles from Busch Gardens. The resort has a friendly staff that is available 24/7. The unit we have available for rent is a spacious 3 bedroom 3 bath lock off with a separate living and dining rooms, private balconies, washer/dryer and a full kitchen. . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.
