Located 5 Minutes walk from the city center, 15 Minutes walk from the beach and close to a small square with many food shops, house of 65m2 with small terrace. On the ground floor, furnished kitchen, on living room. Upstairs, bathroom, bedroom, and living room. The sleeping area is located on the garden side to enjoy perfect tranquility. For parking, there are free spaces in front of the house or other nearby spaces with a parking disc that I make available.

Possibility to add a mattress. Perfect for a couple without children or with a young child, for a weekend or a few days. The house was completely refurbished in 2021. Bakery, convenience store 20 m away. Bed linen and towels are included in the rental.
