Holiday rentals with breakfast in Yucatán Peninsula

Mauricio is a kind and thoughtful host! He went above and beyond to make sure my sister and I had a comfortable stay. The place is very clean! Imagine our surprise when we found out it was just 2 blocks from our favorite restaurant! If you love to walk you will never need a taxi because it’s less than 1/2 mile to just about everything in town. We had such a lovely time. I highly recommend this wonderful place.

The house is super spacious and comfortable! with everything that takes up for a stay for several people. The access to the pier walking us charms us since we rented jetski and a yacht and they were able to pick us up directly there, just like the walking access to the shopping center with restaurants, oxxos and everything that it takes up. I love the view of the main bedroom to the boats, enchanted we will surely return

Everything we would have wanted. On the beach, with a pool, next to a restaurant (Jungle Fish). Property Manager Neli and Housekeeper Pati were both amazing, welcoming, and accommodating. House was clean, everything worked great. Parking spot for our car. Even saw some wildlife (coati's, raccoons) on property. Would highly recommend.

What can I say.......This was PARADISE!!!!! I have rented many houses through different websites, and this house was exactly what they said it was going to be. I stayed in this beautiful house 5/25/25 to 6/56/25. Everything was Perfect from the first day I entered this house, until the day I left. Armando, and his Wife Andrea made the entire trip perfect. They took care of any of our needs. I loved the little shopping, and restaurant area close to the house. If you are looking for a Beautiful, and Peaceful house to vacation in, this is the HOUSE!!! Also, the Entire Staff at Akumal Villas if fantastic. They answered all my questions before arriving to the house. I would like to Thank everyone for the Best Vacation I have ever had. Looking forward to returning to this House again soon.

Everything excellent. The attention was very friendly, the cabanas had just enough to rest and disconnect. The place is super nice because it is in the middle of the Yucatec jungle and they knew how to take advantage of it. I would definitely come back.

It was a spacious and comfortable accommodation, Pablo is attentive to any request, in addition to his good recommendations.

The entire accommodation was impeccable and smelled very good, the location is very good, the climates worked perfectly, the beds were very comfortable, the water pressure was excellent, it had everything you need for an excellent stay, I highly recommend it and in short we will stay again on our next visit.

5 Stars! We had a wonderful stay at this La Veleta apartment. It had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The bed was incredibly cozy, the water pressure in the shower was great, and there was plenty of hot water. The lighting and overall ambience were calming and peaceful—perfect for relaxing. The evenings were quiet, which we really appreciated after staying in the busier centro area on previous trips. The bikes provided were a great bonus and made it easy to explore the beach, 7th Avenue, and centro. We also loved the beach club deal that gave us access, it was a highlight! The rooftop pool offered stunning views and was another major perk. The host was very responsive, and any small requests we had were quickly taken care of. So many thoughtful touches made our stay extra enjoyable. We’d absolutely stay here again! Thank you!!!

Everything is beautiful, the room is equal to the photos, the only thing if I recommend having a means of transport since the walk is somewhat long, but nothing impossible. The delicious breakfast and the very good breads. We are very happy with the service and facilities!

They were so helpful and kind. My son was celebrating his birthday and they left a sweet gesture for him upon our arrival. The host was as always very quick to help and respond we did not find ourselves in need of anything that couldn’t get taken care of right away.

My stay at Mina's place was fantastic. The house is amazing (although you don't have the whole house to yourself, just the rooms) and they take into account every detail, each room has a private bathroom and shower, TV, and amenities. The most unique element is that you have breakfast included every day and it is delicious! The pool is really big and the area is close to Pase Montejo, one of Merida's main roads. Also every day we got our bed made. I would say this is like a hotel experience but way more private ;) Cons I have are: Wi-Fi is terrible, you don't get signal at the rooms so if you plan to work remotely from there, I don't recommend it. Also, its not specified in the description but you share space with another house. During my stay the owner was not there so the place was all for ourselves. And lastly, you only have the rooms, you don't have a kitchen or a mini fridge or something to store food or drinks.

We had a little hiccup at check-in, but the host was absolutely incredible with accommodations. The location is absolutely perfect- very close to the split and they have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Beach access is right next to the home and you have access to Kayaks, and bikes which is super helpful in Caye Caulker. Definitely would recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Memo's place, which is part of MiCasaEnCozumel. This is a boutique small hotel, that is beautifully arranged. I particularly enjoyed the hip architecture, that incorporated recycled, historic wooden beams, and balconies from every room. We rented the top unit, which included the top two floors. We had balconies on both floors. The top floor balconies looked in all directions, making for great sunsets. MiCasa is set a full block back on from the shore/frontage on a relatively quiet street (5th Ave). The frontage road is full of tourist shops and not far from the Cruise ship embarkment, so it was nice to be on one street back. Also there were lots of restaurants, and bars on 5th Ave that we enjoyed visiting. Memo was amazingly responsive to any question, at anytime of the day. Also Irma (staff on site) was delightful. We could communicate with her in our broken Spanish, or by communicating via Memo. Thanks for a great stay!

Kenn & Coco were wonderful hosts! Cutest little place in Chelem. We felt right at home and can’t wait to go back!

Camille’s place was perfect for our stay in Mérida. It was sparkling clean, with a comfortable and spacious bed, a lovely patio, and a delicious homemade breakfast. By the way, the girls in the kitchen were lovely! The only minor downside was that our room, "The Cenote," was a bit dark and lacked natural light. Also, keep in mind that the location isn’t within walking distance to the city center, so having a car is essential or public transportation. Aside from that, everything was wonderful. Camille’s local recommendations were spot-on and made our trip even more memorable.

The place was excellent. Alicia has been amiable and responsive. Her instructions were crystal clear and helpful. The breakfast was a delactable collagen boost to kick off the day. Merci's playlist was second to none! They have been one of the most elegant hosts I have seen!

So this felt right at home it even smelled like home. Like love had been put into every corner of the place. The owner is very nice and even let us check in a bit early and I love the hospitality! This is by far my most favorite places I have stayed at in all my time of traveling💕 it’s different from your modern day stays so if your wanting peace and tranquility with a little bit of a home feel this is perfect for a day after the beach! Oh they even make great breakfast In the morning before you check out which is a plus!

Great location! But the best part about this stay is the free breakfast. Such a wonderful morning scene to enjoy. I loved the rooftop pools and I highly recommend renting the scooters from across the street as soon as you arrive. They offer a great deal and you can enjoy so much of Cozumel. We waited until our last night to do it and it was my favorite. Can’t recommend this place enough 😊

Stanley and Sherry are excellent host and the place was absolutely breathtaking. We stayed in the Casita and it was like living in a tropical oasis in a serene magical setting. Unfortunately, the stay was not as wonderful as it could have been because my husband was not feeling well during the stay. But everything was close by so the walk to the pharmacy was a short distance. And having fresh fruit and coffee every morning was so appreciated. You will love this place. I know we did.

Guillermo is a very friendly and welcoming host. We felt right at home in a comfortable room. The area is quiet and a relatively short walk to some great restaurants. Short cab ride to downtown and the water taxi to Cayes. Would recommend!

We had such a fun time on our little side trip to Secret Beach! The water really is that crystal clear Caribbean water seen on postcards. They were super easy to communicate with and the place is impeccably clean! Aimee is super sweet and the breakfast alone was worth the stay! Overall can’t recommend enough.
