We are within 20 miles to the air port (JAX) and Jacksonville Zoo and we are within 30 miles to the Jaxport Cruise Terminal. Relax at this peaceful place in NE Florida. It has two bedrooms, one bath, a large living room, full kitchen, and a screened-in porch. Oh, and you might see Bigfoot resting by a tree. But fear not! He's friendly. The drive to the center of Jacksonville is 28 minutes and 22 to the center of Fernandina Beach on Amelia Island. WiFi, streaming access, recycling, and filtered drinking water are included. The outside is a work-in-progress, but much of the inside has been remodeled in recent years.

This is a unique 200 ft small tiny house with a covered porch with 2 rocking chairs for enjoying the outdoors. It is decorated with family antiques even a 4 ft claw foot tub turned into a shower.... If you want the feel of a nice relaxing country atmosphere with woods and nature this is the place for you. We live on a dead end rd which is quite and very safe. Our 2 story house is next to the tiny house but you have your own space and yard. Your privacy is respected at all time.
