Welcome to an independent part of my house, located 15 min from the city center of Le Mans, 10 min from the 24-hour circuit and 5 min from the European Horse Pole. The accommodation consists of 2 attic bedrooms upstairs. On the ground floor: bathroom (bathtub), separate toilet, as well as a living room with a new kitchenette! You can also enjoy the outdoors thanks to the garden furniture. Only the entrance is shared with my house (access is blocked when it is rented).

Charming single-storey house 20 minutes from Le Mans with a master bedroom with dressing room and another bedroom. The house is fully equipped, just like at home. Manoir de Buis Guest House

In Buis, discover buildings that are several hundred years old nestled in the middle of 15 hectares of woods and orchards. The luxury of this place lies in the quality of the environment, the space to feel at home. Nestled amid our orchards, it offers a relaxing and serene setting. Just 5 minutes by car from Le Mans and 20 minutes by public transport, you’ll be close to hiking trails for nature walks. You can also enjoy the activities that the region has to offer.

The getaway

"A break to the rhythm of nature"; Small cabin by the water, lulled by frogs and swans. Surrounded by old oaks, it is a perfect corner of nature to breathe. Ideal terrace to share a meal in the open air, a brazier to warm up your evenings. Inside, a cozy cocoon awaits you. Here, we disconnect, we breathe. And don't worry: the shops are very close, even if you feel far from everything.

Large gite with swimming pool / fireplace / games

A large cottage, in a calm area, near to plenty of activities (10 minutes to the racetrack, 10 km to the center of the town, less than 100 km to various Loire castles...). With a house, a large garden, a swimming pool (36 m2, heated from may to sept.) and a lovely tiny house, a carport (up to 4 cars), ... New in 2024 : a pétanque strip ! Noise, music and outdoor parties are not allowed.
