The accommodation consists of 2 attic bedrooms upstairs. On the ground floor: bathroom (bathtub), separate toilet, as well as a living room with a new kitchenette! You can also enjoy the outdoors thanks to the garden furniture. Only the entrance is shared with my house (access is blocked when it is rented).

Ideally located near the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit, 15 minutes from the European Horse Center and 10 minutes from Bois de Changé and 45 minutes from La Flèche Zoo. The blinière is in a charming green setting of 12,500 m2. And the cottage has a heated indoor pool in the barn adjoining the house open from early May to late September. 3 km away you have a super U and gas stations Sheets are not provided, to be paid on site.
