Welcome to an independent part of my house, located 15 min from the city center of Le Mans, 10 min from the 24-hour circuit and 5 min from the European Horse Pole. The accommodation consists of 2 attic bedrooms upstairs. On the ground floor: bathroom (bathtub), separate toilet, as well as a living room with a new kitchenette! You can also enjoy the outdoors thanks to the garden furniture. Only the entrance is shared with my house (access is blocked when it is rented).

IMPORTANT! CEILING HEIGHT 1.80 m!

Our Tiny house has been entirely designed to ensure you have a real moment of escape with your loved one, friends or family. Whether admiring the sunset or the stars in the Nordic bath, enjoy a unique moment of relaxation. In the early morning, you can enjoy your breakfast (included) on the terrace and in the "coffee corner".

Chalet located 20 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit with pétanque court, jacuzzi, darts, brasero and air conditioning. There is 1 bed and 2 sofa beds to accommodate up to 5 people. Superb cozy atmosphere in a natural setting. Bathroom and shower available. Possibility of installing several additional tents outside. Bed linen and bath towel not included. Jacuzzi available from May to September.

La Ferme - Near Circuit 24h & Boulerie Jump

Bienvenue à La Ferme, charmante maison rénovée avec son jardin clos de murs, dans l'enceinte d'un château. La maison est idéalement située à proximité du Pôle Européen du cheval, 10 minutes, mais également à 15 minutes en voiture du circuit des 24h tout comme du centre ville du Mans. A quelques minutes en voiture, vous trouverez un supermarché et toutes les commodités dans le centre d’Yvré L’Eveque.

A large cottage, in a calm area, near to plenty of activities (10 minutes to the racetrack, 10 km to the center of the town, less than 100 km to various Loire castles...). With a house, a large garden, a swimming pool (36 m2, heated from may to sept.) and a lovely tiny house, a carport (up to 4 cars), ... New in 2024 : a pétanque strip ! Noise, music and outdoor parties are not allowed.
