The house has a convenient location in the center of Hluboká, less than 200 m from the square overlooking the church and 700 m from the castle. We would like guests to feel like they are visiting good friends, where they can, among other things, enjoy the comfort of our reading corner with a library in the alcove. Families with children are also welcome, and they can enjoy a cozy sleep on an elevated stage under the stairs on the site of the former furnace.

This one bedroom flat is situated in a quiet residential area of Ceske Budejovice (150 km from Prague) and has the benefit of fantastic and spacious internal facing terrace. The flat compromises airy open plan kitchen/living room and fully equipped kitchen (microwave, hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge). The lounge has a LED TV. Wifi available. Bedroom is air conditioned. The velux windows in the bedroom is facing a clean park, approx. 50 metres from a railway. Parking is available in the street.

The house is situated about 3 km from the city centre. Český Krumlov is the famous historic town,with a UNESCO site. Another near places: Šumava Mountains and Lake Lipno.

A newly furnished, quiet, and spacious apartment with a comfortable 180x200 bed for 2 people offers an exceptional view from the top, 8th. floor of the building directly of the castle with its tower and across the Deer Garden. Thanks to its location, you can easily reach the historic center on foot within 5 minutes. The bus station (Prague–Český Krumlov (Špičák)), ATM, grocery store, cinema, and doctor are all within 100 m. A baby cot is available upon request.

A luxuriously equipped cottage for all who love unspoiled nature and still like to indulge in luxury accommodation. There is a spacious garden with a pergola and a terrace. In case of bad weather, you can sit in the lounge with a fireplace. Experience relaxation in a hot tub with a unique view (extra charge). The hot tub is located outside and is in operation from March 1 to October 31 (depending on current temperatures). We do not allow pets.

Our cottage

Our cottage is located in a semi-secluded forest by the Stropnice River. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they are not visible from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the terrace. There is no wifi in the cottage, so enjoy the time spent together.
