Holiday rentals with beach access in Zadar County

The apartment was well-equipped and everything was well thought out. It was very quiet - even the air-conditioning was almost noiseless. Vesna was a thoughtful host and quick to help.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Jelka. Das Haus ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber die Wohnung ist gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders schön ist der Balkon mit Blick auf das Wasser und den Hafen. Direkt vor dem Gebäude stehen kostenlose Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Man ist zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten in der Altstadt. Alternativ kann man sich am Hafen für 2€ mit einem kleinen Ruderboot fahren lassen.

Super Wohnung und super Gastgeber. Die Lage ist ideal um die Stadt und die Umgebung per Fuß zu erkunden. Zudem ist man in 2 min am Strand. Alles super also 😊

We've had a great stay at Damir's place. Damir turned out to be a fantastic host, super nice, friendly and very helpful. He welcomed us personally and showed us around the appartment. He provided us with a lot of tips concerning the area, places to eat and things to visit, showing us all on the map. There were even some snacks prepared and cold drinks in the fridge. The appartment itself is extremely clean. It's located in a beautiful and calm area with bars and restaurants nearby. The beach is just around the corner. There's also a supermarket a few steps away. You can reach the old town in a few minutes by taking the bus or have a nice walk along the coast which will take about 30 minutes. The bus stop is just 2 minutes away from the appartment. The apparment has a huge balcony where you can have your morning coffee or use the grill in the evening. It's very well equipped with everything you might need during your stay. It's very bright and spacious. We really felt like home.

We absolutely loved this place! The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from the old town, but the place itself is on a very quiet non-touristic street. There are also lots of restaurants, bakeries, and shops in walking distance - and indeed you can walk right out into the sea! The swimming area is really amazing, it's a slightly sheltered area so it felt really safe to swim there even when the sea was wavy. We also really liked the furniture and decor, it looks better in real life than in the photos. Everything was super clean as well. The view from the terrace is wonderful, and the view while swimming is amazing too. The terrace also has an awning so we were able to use it all day. Lana was an excellent host, we had the place to ourselves of course but she was super communicative before we arrived with information, instructions, and offering us advice. Everything was super clear and she was really friendly!

Гарні апартаменти з чудовим виглядом з балкону! Поруч магазин, автобусна зупинка. В апартаментах є все необхідне для приготування їжі а також інших необхідних речей. Чудові господарі які завжди на звязку. Дякуємо за гостинність!

Smješta je bio savršen, sve kao u opisu. Apartmani u mirnoj lokaciji u samom centru starog grada. Ono što me najviše dojmilo je toplina koju taj apartman ima. Pogotovo kroz umjetnine koje su u apartmanu. Topla preporuka svima.

Très bel appartement et bien situé. Certes, il y’a des travaux dans l’immeuble voisin mais la journée les touristes sont dehors 😊 donc aucun souci. Roberto est très réactif si on a besoin de quoique ce soir. Nous sommes très contents.

We had a wonderful time in the house and Cvijeta and Ivan were always there for our needs!

Benjamin bol skvelý hostiteľ, reagoval veľmi pohotovo, bol veľmi priateľský a po príjazde nám predstavil okolie, svoje odporúčania (reštaurácie, pláže, obchody, autobusy...) nám nechal aj v papierovej forme (rovnako aj všetky informácie potrebné k pobytu). Ubytovanie bolo veľmi čisté a voňavé. Boli sme aj so 14 mesačným dieťaťom a aj o neho sa postarali veľmi dobre. Raňajky na záhradke boli nezabudnuteľné. Ďakujeme a najbližšie keď navštívime Zadar, určite zvolíme opäť toto ubytovanie.

Toller Aufenthalt in Zman bei Fabio. Das Haus mit Jacuzzi und Outdoorküche war sehr schön. Der kleine Ort bietet alles fußläufig, Einkaufsladen, schöne Badestelle, Restaurants. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft schön, kleine Wanderungen am Meer entlang bis zum nächsten Ort sind machbar.

Die Unterkunft hat all unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Die Fotos und Beschreibungen sind zutreffend. Stipe hat uns freundlich in Empfang genommen. Bei Fragen waren die Gastgeber schnell per Chat erreichbar. Gute Ausstattung in der Küche. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Super Möglichkeit zu schwimmen und zu schnorcheln. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Nika Marias kleines Haus ist gemütlich und äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Zum Wohlfühlen. Wir waren drei Erwachsene, Elternpaar u Tochter, und ein kleiner Hund. Das war perfekt. Die Küche war besonders gut und modern ausgestattet, vielleicht etwas wenig Arbeitsfläche, kleiner Esstisch. In Fußnähe am Strand sind zwei tolle Restaurants - Taverna (Reservier. nötig) und Niko (äußerst zuvorkommende u fröhlichfreundliche Bedienung) - was uns gerne aufs Kochen verzichten ließ. Nika Maria kontaktierte uns immer zeitgerecht, um uns nötige Informationen zukommen zu lassen und reagierte sehr flott und zuvorkommend auf Nachfragen unsererseits. Sie sorgte mit ihrer herzlichen Art dafür, dass wir uns gut entspannen konnten. Wir genossen ein paar tolle Strandtage am türkisfarbenen und glasklaren Meer. Die Innenstadt ist sogar ohne Auto erreichbar, da der Bus direkt von Diklo wegfährt, der bis lang in die Nacht fährt, was das mühsame Parkplatz Suchen im schönen Zentrum Zadars erspart. 🫶

Die Unterkunft war super. Kontakt war sehr gut. Check-in/Check-out problemlos. Die Lage ist toll, 1min zum Meer mit wunderschönen klaren Wasser. Kleine „Probleme“ wurden sofort behoben. Beispielsweise war die Gasflasche zum Grillen leer, wir haben sofort am nächsten Tag eine neue bekommen. Top! Etwas schade war, dass das Sonnensegel auf der Terrasse gefehlt hat, dadurch war es dort am Tag sehr warm, darum haben wir einen Schirm vom Pool auf die Terrasse gestellt. Auch etwas Schade war, dass (wie ich denke) die Putzfrauen wirklich alles entsorgen oder mitnehmen. Dadurch ist die Küche komplett leer. Keine Gewürze, kein Öl/Essig, kein Pfeffer/Salz….. Normalerweise bin ich gewohnt, dass die Küche eine kleine Grundausstattung hat, oder nicht verbrauchte Lebensmittel vom Vorbesitzer in der Wohnung bleiben. Kein Grund deswegen einen Stern abzuziehen :)! Vielleicht ein Verbesserungsvorschlag für die Zukunft. Trotzdem 10/10. Danke!

Sehr nett eingerichtet, super Gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit, in der näheren Umgebung gibt es nichts, vieles in 10-15 min fahrt erreichbar, Haus ist sehr klein (wirkt auf den Bildern deutlich größer) und die Schlafmöglichkeiten nicht sehr angenehm, Angaben zum Standort waren nicht korrekt

Luka was one of the most welcoming hosts we have ever had, he responded to queries very quickly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay went smoothly. The property is in the most beautiful location and offered a really peaceful break. Previous reviews have mentioned the building work, this was barely noticeable during the day and certainly didn’t impact on the enjoyment of the villa.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sofort wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Pavle hat immer sofort reagiert, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Diese Insel ist sehr schön, viele Strände, alle sehr leer. Wir würden wiederkommen.

My family stayed here for four weeks. Mirjana's house was perfect for a long stay because the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. You may find more supplies than you expect. Since we are Asian, making Western dishes isn't always easy, but the kitchen tools made it much easier. The place itself was clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth, and her sister, who lives on the floor right below, was always ready to help. The house is near Borik Beach, which is great fun for kids. We'd love to come back here someday. Thank you 😊

I really have no complaints and was very happy with the accommodation. the property is exactly as described and pictures match it. would highly recommend.

Un appartement en tout points Conforme à ce que l'annonce stipule, très propre très pratique avec une terrasse agréable, et des prestations nickel. La mer est à 3 minutes, la plage a 5, le petit café qui la domine est absolument parfait. Après il faut être conscient que l'appartement est un poil excentré de la vieille ville, et pour vous y rendre il faudra compter au moins 1 demi-heure à pied, à moins de prendre les boatmen qui fonctionnent depuis le 14e siècle de 7 à 23h. C'est d'ailleurs le tres sympathique propriétaire qui nous a donné le tuyau!

Sehr schönes, modernes Apartment. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Es ist alles vorhanden und es fehlt an nichts. Tolle Lage, mit direktem Zugang zum Meer. Das Apartment liegt in einer Apartment Anlage. Wir hatten Glück und waren die meiste Zeit alleine in der Bucht. Vielleicht hatten wir nur Pech, doch oberhalb der Bucht verläuft eine Straße auf der während unseres Aufenthalts tagsüber sehr viele Motorrad Fahrer unterwegs waren. Abends und in den frühen Morgen Stunden war es sehr ruhig. Wir haben die Zeit bei Christian sehr genossen.

Highly recommend! Friendly, competent host. Great location - close to a beach, bakery, bus stop. Two markets within walkable distance. Terrific balcony, spectacular view of channel and sunset.

Vriendelijke gastvrouw, aanrader. Goede uitvalsbasis voor de watervalparken, Zadar e.d. Fijne zwemplek bij het appartement, met ligbedjes en schaduw. Handige materialen zoals zout, suiker, toiletpapier, schoonmaakmiddelen, thee, bier, super!

Pobyt w apartamencie u Kristina w Bibinje był wspaniały. Dom położony przy samej plaży. Kontakt z Kristina rewelacyjny i natychmiastowy. Byliśmy tam z żona tydzień i było super. Sklepy niedaleko, bary i restauracje. Plaża czysta. Bezproblemowe zakwaterowanie i zameldowanie. Apartament bardzo czysty. Było wszystko co potrzebne a nawet więcej. Świetna niespodzianka od gospodarza Kristina to przepyszne praliny i nalewka, które czekały na nas w apartamencie jak przybyliśmy. Na pewno tu wrócimy!
