The apartment is in the first floor and it was renovated in 2011. Living area is comfortable, 72 square meters, terrace 15 square meters plus 15 square meters of balconies. It is really big and comfortable for 4 people. It has high speed WiFi, cable TV, DVD player, a fireplace for nice winter ambient.

It is a great place to relax and enjoy the view of the lake and the mountains. In front of the house, there is free parking and an outdoor chill space. Feel free also to use the garden.
