The house has an enclosed garden of 600 sqm with a maintained lawn and boasts outdoor facilities such as a covered terrace with outdoor kitchen, built in barbecue and dining and seating area, swimming pool of 34 sqm with waterfall, parking for two cars.

Marked bike routes are just at your doorstep. The floor heating and radiators have just been installed so it is very warm in the winter.

The house is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, just a couple of minutes walking from the pedesitran area and about 10-15 minutes from the beaches. Guests have access to two swimming pools. Room is located on the 1st floor, overlooking the pools. It has a private bathroom and terrace. There is no kitchen but there is a small fridge and water kettle.
