There is a large outdoor fireplace and a covered patio. On the ground floor of the house is a kitchen with a spacious living room and dining room, an indoor fireplace and a toilet. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with double beds and bathrooms. From the balcony there is a beautiful view of the marina and islands. The house is in a quiet area of Sukosan.

It consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. There are two French beds in the room (gallery). The living room is glazed with mobile walls and overlooks the sea and the entire bay. The house is not connected to electricity and water network but is solar powered and provides rainwater tanks. Hot water in the shower is provided and also there is sun heated outdoor shower. In the kitchen there is no hot water.Stove is gas powered. Enjoy dinner on the front terrace in the evening or spend day on sun terrace 2m away from the sea.
