It was a nice quiet stay in a nicely decorated flat.

Cozy apartment in a quiet suburb. The host and his family are very friendly and especially kind to the children. Highly recommended as a quiet base point for excursions in the area.

The place was very nice, suitable for 2-4 people. There is also a fully equipped kitchen. Located near the train station Železná Ruda centrum. The host was very responsive, we were in touch and allowed us to check in later.

The place was great, the apartment was beautifully clean and equipped with everything you need. Even a cafe that we didn't even feel like the description :)

Everything was as described, everything was fine. There was a fully equipped kitchen, hygiene items, various games, tea and coffee. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend this accommodation!

Communication with Sebastian was fast and clear. We arrived at the accommodation without any problems. This was very clean and very well equipped. We were surprised with a bottle of sparkling wine and other amenities. Everything you need or could use as a self-caterer was really available there. We had a lovely time.

We also got to know Katrin's mother briefly. She gave us a few tips for the area. ☺️ The highlight for us was the private whirlpool including the possibility to watch series. Thanks to the manual, we were able to manage everything easily on our own. Katrin would also have been very easy to reach for any questions. I am looking forward to my next stay there! We had a great time in the apartment with the Adam family. Very cozy, lovingly furnished and well-equipped apartment. The sauna and whirlpool (€20 per use) are also a great addition. Alois was very friendly, courteous and we were even able to check in later than advertised. If you're looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be.

We were able to relax well. The apartment is great and uncomplicated for loading and unloading luggage. The swimming pool is great and we also liked the rest of the complex. The surroundings are very beautiful and were fantastic in the beautiful weather, which we had during our time there. The apartment is well equipped, with everything you need to stay longer. There is even a possibility to use a washer-dryer. The bed is simple and good, we were able to sleep restfully. The kitchen is well equipped and even has a dishwasher. I think for a small apartment it offers a lot of amenities. Price - performance we found very good. Thank you!

Apartment is very nice. Andrea offered us clear instructions about the check-in and amenities of the place. She made everything easy for us and we knew where to find everything inside the resort. We felt ourselves well welcomed.
