Very good stay also welcoming our 2 doggies. Very large rooms, a lot of space. All we needed was there. And, the place was very clean! Got a tourist card of the town so could take the kaiserlift for free.

We had a very nice stay at this place and the host was really friendly. i would recommend thia place to others, as it is a perfect location to start hikes or bike trips.

Perfect accommodation for a larger group! There are cozy rooms for retreat and a spacious living room and terrace for socializing. The apartment and kitchen are perfectly equipped. The location with the lake behind the house is perfect and a wonderful starting point for hikes!

Beautiful, spacious and comfortable house. The price is definitely worth it. Stayed with the whole family (8 adults and 5 kids). Plenty of place and privacy.

Everything worked out fine from check-in to checkout. Very friendly host who is easily accessible for questions. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. We recommend the place, especially because of the good location.

Hermanns place was cozy with lots of natural light and character. Great fenced in backyard, perfect for our dog. Very easily accessible to multiple skiing areas and extremely accessible from the Autobahn. Many options for grocery shopping and eating nearby. Hermann was extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely visit again!

We had a great stay in Mark and Merry's spacious house. The house is well located close to the village and the bakery is a 10-minute walk away. We did several beautiful hikes, however, we had to take the car to get there. The Klamms, as he calls them, are magnificent. The region is beautiful at the foot of the mountains, you can see them directly from the back of the house. The bathrooms are extremely large and we enjoyed the multiple toilets and showers which simplifies life with several people in the house😉. The only negative point I have to add is for people who are allergic to dust. Probably due to the fields surrounding the house, there are carpets which creates a lot of dust. I would also have liked some flowers like in the photo.

Harald has proven to be an excellent host who proactively provided us with all the relevant information and recommendations in advance. Also during the stay the communication was excellent. The house corresponds 1:1 to the pictures and descriptions and leaves nothing to be desired. The surroundings (especially Kaisertal) offer great opportunities for smaller and larger tours. Definitely recommend!

The apartment was easy to reach, in a beautiful environment and we liked it very much, everything you needed was available and the apartment was very clean. The hostess was very friendly and gave many tips and was always available. We will definitely come back and gladly recommend the hostess and apartment without reservation.

The house are beautiful and well located. You have light all day! We were there as a team for an offsite (4 people) and it was perfect for that. The large table under the high ceiling invited you to think, the view to wander. I would also very much like to come again privately. Inside, everything is ultra-modern (sound system, kitchen, bathrooms, sauna) and outside, there are beautiful seating areas on 2 terraces. You are right by the forest, where you can also hike small laps. For larger ones, however, you would have to drive a short distance to get to the hiking trails (as far as I could see). Take into account the opening hours of the huts! In total, there are 2 bathrooms, 1 of which has a toilet and an additional toilet. 2 living rooms (1 for sitting nicely and the other for cozy TV evenings, both totally large), 1 great, open kitchen with dining area. Two of the five bedrooms are larger, 3 are basic with bed and shelves. 5/5 stars in all possible categories!

We felt very comfortable with Günther and his family in the accommodation. Dog & child were also welcome and you could tell. A good cheerful person. Our apartment was very nice, even if it goes out to the street. Didn't bother us much. The food downstairs where the son is the chef was also super delicious every time. Excursions were also recommended to us. Thank you for the hospitality and see you again!

We had a great time at Sarah's apartment! She is very friendly, really easy to communicate and very helpful. Rauris is a beautiful place with close by ski resorts (30 min by car) : Bad HofGastein, Bad Gastein, Zell am See, Kaprun.

This facility is a place for vacation and deserve its value for its quality and strategic location. The location is centric to visit couple of places surroundings like Zell Am See, Kaprun, Mondsee , Bad Gastein , etc. I have recommendation to make it complete let’s us equip the apartment with Smart TV and provide adequate instructions on how to use the Washing/Dryers. The place and yard was amazing and they were very generous and accommodating.

We stayed in the apartment with 4 adults plus dog. We liked it all around and the apartment and the opposite are impressive. We felt comfortable Very clean and kitchen extremely well equipped. There were even bowls for the dog. The communication with Cord was also great, got some tips. We would gladly come back.

Great location, clean accommodation, better in person than in pictures actually! Comfy bed and full equipped kitchen. I would recommend.

The stay experience was amazing. The host were friendly and very very helpful. If we had no further plans, we would have loved to extended our stay. The house was clean, proper with all required utilities with hot water, utensils, toileteries all upto the mark. Most comfortable stay. Along with the house, the view was just prestine. Would like to come back..! #Loved it!!!

We felt very comfortable in Maria Alm. The apartment is very nicely furnished, spacious and has a great sun terrace. The landlords are very nice and gave us excellent advice on our excursion considerations. The center and a grocery store are within walking distance. For our car, there was a parking space directly at the house. In general, we found the included Hochkönig card to be very positive, with which you can use lifts and buses free of charge. Furthermore, the maps available in the apartment are very helpful.

Nice accommodation in a beautiful setting. We had a great time with our two small children (2 and 4). Despite the fact that it was very hot outside, the apartment remained cool. The beds slept well. Communication with Renate was very good and went smoothly.

We were there with our 2 children and it was just gigantic. Huge, everything super clean and well equipped. Everything was super explained and easy. The sauna was great! The location, the view, the terrace and the fireplace - everything is fantastic! We will be back:)
