The flat has its designated parking space. The multi-family building is completely barrier-free from parking lot to the flat.

Fahrräder können in einer abschließbaren Garage abgestellt werden. Parkplätze finden sich am Moselufer. In unmittelbarer Umgebung befinden sich Restaurants, Cafés und Geschäfte. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel sind 10 Autominuten entfernt.

This sunlit former mine nestles against the rock like a swallow’s nest, directly below Burg Gutenfels and along the Rheinsteig trail - far from train and traffic noise. Enjoy the shaded terrace beneath the vine arbor and the herb garden. From your secluded sun meadow, you overlook the Rhine, passing ships, and the historic Pfalzgrafenstein castle.

Wake up with a magnificent view of the Mosel

The apartment has a special atmosphere ... a mixture of old and new and the rooms merge into each other. You first enter the dining area and look through the bright living room with the wide view into the Eifel. Two steps down you´re entering the cozy living room with a big sofa an then you´ll find the sleeping area with double bed (160x200cm) and a stable bunk bed for children and adults.
