Your whole family will relax in this quiet place to stay. The year-round cottage is on the edge of the forest, just a short distance from Lake Lipno. Mountain views, lake, meadows. The lake is about a 10-minute walk from the cottage. Perfect for a quiet vacation. There are only two other cottages in the area and our house with apartments. You can use the playground, fireplace, outdoor seating, barbecue on the terrace. The cottage is fully equipped, bedroom with two double beds, fireplace, bathroom with shower, equipped kitchen, seating on the terrace.

Great for outdoor and nature lovers, not for people looking for restaurants or night life. Libuše is a small studio with a double bed. It accommodates 1 additional guest on the sofa bed. Neben Radfahren, Wandern- ist auch das „bayerische Venedig“ - Passau nur ca 30min mit dem Auto entfernt.

The house is located directly on the bike path between Horní Planá and Nová Pec and is also close to a small maintained beach, about 400m from the house. The 65 m2 apartment has a double bed 180x200 cm, 160x200, three single beds and a sofa bed in the living room 140x200 cm, dining table, TV and free WIFI. The apartment has its own spacious bathroom and 8m2 terrace.
