Like some say, don't judge a book by its cover. The neighborhood is a little outdated, but very peaceful and quiet. Vanessa was a great host! Very responsive and she had clear instructions on her listing. The ambiance, cleanliness, peacefulness of her listing was spot on. Master king bed was so comfy; might be more comfy than my own bed! I appreciated Vanessa for leaving laundry detergent for my family and I to do laundry during our stay. And also for leaving a new sponge and dish soap in the kitchen. I would like to mention that the security at the pool does check your ID, so don't forget your ID when utilizing the neighborhood pool. Overall, my family and I were very satisfied with our stay. Highly recommend :-)

Staying with Jose & Sara was an amazing experience! (Again!) We have stayed at their home previously, and we really enjoyed ourselves. When looking for a home to rent for vacation this time, we were excited to see Jose & Sara’s house! We jumped at the opportunity to rent this perfectly sized home again. Jose & Sara do such a great job of making you feel at home. There were towels folded on the beds and so many extra beach towels for the pool! There was even a little snack tray for us when we arrived. The directions to enter the home were easy to follow. We had one super tiny issue with the coffee pot, & Jose handled it quickly & efficiently. The pool is such a highlight of a perfect home! Perfect size to float around & enjoy the sun. The hot tub felt amazing after a 17 hour drive. You literally feel like you entered paradise, right outside the back door. There is a nice shady area with a fan as well. Launi and Joe’s place is amazing! Cant say enough good things about the place and them. From the responsive and helpfull host to the peace and beautiful home. Couldn’t ask for much more. I highly recommend staying here. It is a home away from home and my family and I look forward to staying here again!

Matthew's home was beautiful, clean and exactly how it was described in the listing. Matthew answered all of my questions very quickly and was kind and friendly. The neighborhood was very nice and upscale, it was peaceful and I felt very safe staying there. The pool was such a nice treat and clean with lots of seating. I would definitely recommend staying here if you need a place in Tampa, so close to the airport, Steinbrenner Field and the football stadium, so convenient! Thank you Matthew!!

Beautiful space with great location

It was decorated SO CUTE! Plenty of space. Cute backyard I wish we could have enjoyed more but it rained.

The was clean and easy to find

We had a great stay. The space was clean cozy and had a welcoming atmosphere. The beds were comfortable. What really stood out was the host, Karen. She was very communicative and incredibly accommodating, which made everything easy and stress-free. Overall, it was a pleasant relaxing place to stay.

We ended up staying at a different place then the one shown due to a reservation issue but the place we stayed in was very clean, very spacious and very comfortable. Janet's place was awesome. We had everything we needed and more. Janet was a great host. Definitely recommend staying at one of Janet's places.

This is a beautiful home for a beautiful moment it has been 18yrs to be able to host my small graduation pool party here was absolutely a blessing and accommodating to family that traveled for this moment for my daughter your place was beyond amazing spacious and clean and beautiful we thank you keep bringing joy with your home it’s worth it will do it again for every cent

Absolutely beautiful and affordable home! It felt so warm and homey from the moment we walked in. The place was spotless and had everything you could think of when it came to essentials. The host was great! Very communicative and thoughtful. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Tasha and Danny were wonderful hosts! They were very responsive and friendly. Their place was beautiful, exactly as described and shown in pictures. The house was very clean, organized and well stocked. Upon arrival we were surprised with snacks on the counter and water bottles in the fridge to get us started. The pool and various board/card games were a hit and kept us busy. Definitely one of the best Airbnb's I've stayed in, I would absolutely recommend Tasha and Danny's place!

This was an amazing little get away, and even though the property is shared space, we hardly saw others and it felt very private.Kristin was a very attentive host and helped us with our needs during the stay. Absolutely beautiful views of the river and a very comfortable unit, recommended!

I love this house and the location. Spotlessly clean and well decorated. Very comfortable. The lake is beautiful. Close to restaurants. There are a lot of interesting things to do close by. Easy to find. It was relaxing to watch the wildlife from the deck and see the wildflowers growing along the lake. Kristin was easy to communicate with and got back to us promptly with answers to our questions. It was a great experience.
