Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

In the room it has a kitchen corner (without cooking facilities) with table, coffee, kettle, microwave, toaster and fridge. Everything for a small breakfast. We are close to the Engadin Bad Scuol, outdoor swimming pool, cable car (hiking/ski resort), national park region and Samnaun (customs-free). Restaurants/shopping facilities are within walking distance. You'll love our place because of the coziness. It's good for the solo traveler, couples and adventurers who are planning a short stay.

Time out at the traditional mountain farm - Egghof

The stay in Esther's Maso was nothing short of exceptional. It was a lovely 4 days. A beautiful trek from their farm departs. The view from the balcony is amazing and the terrace has a table, chairs and two deck chairs. It was great to wake up to that view and dine outside on the balcony. They have chickens, goats, and two wonderful cats. The air you breathe is a slow life, despite the fact that the family that lives in the farm works a lot. From them you can buy eggs, cheese, and other delicious dishes. Unique mole: the studio's windows are not equipped with shutters and/or beautiful dark curtains so as not to filter the light and in the morning as soon as it dawns, it is impossible not to wake up. For the rest, what can I say? Esther is a wonderful host. They didn't exist to help us whenever we needed!😍

We were with the daughter during the winter holidays. The apartment is right next to the trails and the family bathroom, which is why we could do something flexibly with the little ones or individually for cross-country skiing. The location in Zernez between Upper and Lower Engadine and on the way to Val Müstair is convenient for day trips anyway. The apartment was super cozy and perfectly furnished. Kathrin was very kind and helpful and always responded kindly and courteously to our requests.

We were allowed to spend 2 weeks of ski holidays as a family (2 adults and 2 children) in Andrea's wonderful house. It is completely new and renovated of the best quality. It is simply top and in the best location with lots of light and plenty of space for everyone! Wonderful views. It probably has the most modern and fully equipped kitchen. A parking lot is 1 min from the house. Andrea and communicating with her couldn't be better. If you come to the beautiful Lower Engadine and can rent this house - we advise not to hesitate a second.
