Monthly Rentals in Zhongshan District

Loved my stay here. Room was extremely clean. Great location directly next to Xingtian Temple station with Sonjiang Nanjing a short walk away. So many local food options and cafes, I couldn’t even come close to visiting all of them during my stay. I’ll stay here again next time. Oh and the Airport bus drops you off nearby if you want to use that option 😀😀

I loved staying at the cat apartment while I did an internship in Taiwan. I felt so at home, and Kate was always responsive and helpful. The close access to Songjiang Nanjing MRT Station means you can get anywhere in Taipei super quickly!

The host was wonderful. The place was clean and included a washer, dryer, full size refrigerator, and many kitchen essentials. The WIFI speed was good, and the shower provided plenty of hot water. Compared to many studio apartments, the space felt immense. There were three supermarkets within a block, many restaurants nearby, and it was only a short walk to the MRT. The beautiful rose gardens and several other parks were within easy walking distance. Inside the apartment, it was very quiet, making it one of the most peaceful Airbnb stays I had experienced. With limited outdoor lighting, only in the kitchen area, it created a secluded atmosphere that I truly appreciated.

Amazing and very understanding host. Needed a late check and Paul was very accommodating and helpful. Requests were also replied very promptly. Would definitely recommend for other guests traveling and will come back to book again!
