Beautiful holiday apartment in Seefeld in Tyrol: your cosy home in the Alps. Appartement Leo is 5 min from the railway station and 6 min from the centre on foot. The apartment is 24 m2 newly renovated and furnished in modern style with everything holiday guests need. The idyllic view of the Wetterstein mountains leans in to relax. The apartment is on the 1st floor (lift available), ideal for couples or small family who would like to spend their holidays in the beautiful place.

Small, nice, quiet!

When booking in our house, you will receive the WelcomCard of the Innsbruck holiday region and its holiday villages. This allows them to use bus connections free of charge from the 1st day. From the 3rd day free (or discounted) cable cars, swimming pools, museums, etc. It is best to send the full name, date of birth, residential address and passport number by message by message from each person, then I can prepare the guest card and deposit it in the apartment.

Lovely condominium in a prime location

This apartment is located in Zirl in a very quiet yet central location and is therefore perfect for families & couples who like to go hiking or skiing or even for sightseeing. We also 🐾 ❤️welcome pets. Innsbruck, Seefeld and Oberperfuss can be reached in only 15 minutes, Kühtai and the Axamer Lizum in half an hour. Zirl has an excellent bus connection to Innsbruck - the bus stop is about 100m from the property.

The most relaxing and perfect spot for a getaway! Monika was the most kind and gracious host, from a cocktail on arrival to sending us a South Tyrol guest pass for free public transport plus more. She was always available by message, and made the stay perfect. The house was just incredible. Absolutely spotlessly clean with everything you need for a stay from dishwasher tablets to extra towels etc. The views were great, we sat on the balcony almost every day, just so peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoyed the jam & juice that Monika had made and gave us on arrival too, and loved watching the farmers that surround the property working - it really added to the experience! Thank you Monika for an amazing stay, we will definitely be back and would recommend anyone to stay here, it is phenomenal!!

This is our third time returning to this apartment and we love it just as much every time. The apartment is easy to get to and has a great location. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and the apartment itself is very clean and comfortable. For anyone after recommendations, we would recommend walking out to Triendlsage, heading up the Gschwandtkopf to the restaurant at the top, hiking or getting the train up the Seefelder, catching a train to Mittenwald and relaxing at Olympiabad.

Tanja was a wonderful host, and brought us a lovely homemade chocolate and hazelnut cake while we were there, she was a delightful lady. The sauna was exceptional, the apartment was squeaky clean, and the wee valentines rose was special. The welcome pack was fabulous, and looking forward to drinking the parting gift of schnapps and homemade elderflower cordial. The location is very central and easily walkable to the town centre. A wonderful place to stay.

Perfect for a getaway in the mountains! The apartment is really nicely furnished and very well equipped, you feel right at home. Everything was clean and the check-in went smoothly. The surroundings are great, you can start hiking directly from the apartment and Seefeld and other shopping facilities are not far away. Natalie was always available, helpful and friendly. Everything worked out great & we would book with her again at any time :)
