Our modern apartment is located in a quiet, well-maintained area in Zirl – ideal for couples, families, and guests who want to enjoy nature, mountains, and relaxation. Innsbruck, Seefeld, and Oberperfuss can be reached in about 15 minutes, while Kühtai and Axamer Lizum are about 30 minutes away. Bus stop is only 100m away. Since we live in the building ourselves and the area is very quiet, this accommodation is particularly well suited for a relaxing and respectful stay. Pets are 🩷tly welcome.

Das hochwertig konzipierte Architektenhaus wurde vor 14 Jahren errichtet und verfügt über einen kleinen Garten mit eigenem Bereich für die Gäste. Das Appartment wird über einen gemeinsamen Eingang erreicht und besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit Küche und Essbereich, 1-2 Schlafräumen und einem Bad mit Dusche/Waschtrockner.

Der perfekte Ausgangsort für Abenteuer und Wanderungen in die Tiroler Bergwelt, einen Ausflug nach Innsbruck zum Goldenen Dachl oder im Winter zu den familienfreundlichen Skigebieten. May chalet - Das Barbara

In the middle of the forest in Neuleutasch lies this gem for your soul. The villages of Seefeld and Leutasch are a few minutes' drive away. “Mei chalet” offers enough space for 8 guests and nothing stands in the way of a relaxing vacation with family or friends. In the spring and summer you will only be awakened by the chirping of birds, in the fall now and then by a roaring deer and in the winter the quietly falling snowflakes hardly manage to disturb the absolute tranquility.

When booking in our house, you will receive the WelcomCard of the Innsbruck holiday region and its holiday villages. This allows you to use bus connections free of charge from the 1st day. From the 3rd day free (or discounted) mountain railways, swimming pools, museums, etc. It is best to send the full name, date of birth, home address and passport number of each person by message when booking, then I can prepare the guest card and leave it in the apartment.

Die Wohnung befindet sich ruhig am Stadtrand, mit freiem Blick auf die Berge und großem Balkon. Wanderwege starten direkt vor der Haustür. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig, mit Klimaanlage und komplett ausgestatteter Küche. Ein eigener Parkplatz und separater Eingang sind vorhanden. Der Bahnhof ist 5 Minuten entfernt, das Stadtzentrum in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Gäste erhalten die Innsbruck Welcome Card, mit der sie Busse und Bahnen kostenlos nutzen können.
