Helena welcomed us very kindly. The arrangement when we arrived worked great. She explained and showed us everything on site and also gave us tips on where to eat well. Everything was already there on site, a small purchase had already been made, for the first hunger. Dishwasher tabs, taps for the washing machine, dishcloths, but also charcoal…… everything available. Then a large fruit basket was brought over in between. Helena was also always available and after a small storm, she asked the next day if we were okay and if someone should come to clean up. The pool was also cleaned once in between. It's also great there with a dog, because it's properly fenced, and walking the dog is no problem. So we were completely satisfied and would go back. Thank you very much to Helena and also to your husband🫶🏻

Host is very helpful and communicative. The place is great but bring good shoes as the entire town is not easy to walk through and be ready to climb no matter where you go. Pool is great, spa is lovely. Goran is super nice

We were at the end of May with our dog for a week at this beautiful place. On arrival, it is a bit hidden, despite the navigation, but the photos from Ivan's bird's eye view were very helpful and we found it quickly. The dear owner, who lives in the back, welcomed us with nice gifts and would have been there immediately if we had any questions or other needs, but was otherwise very reserved. The house has a good kitchen with all the trimmings and has a new and very nice bathroom. A wonderful garden and the sea on your doorstep, what more could you want. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the week

Jerini is amazing! A beautiful blend of old and new - it’s even better than the photos. We were really comfortable, had everything we needed. cooked with the BBQ and used the pool, hot tub and sauna every day. This was a ‘babymoon’ holiday for us and it was just the relaxing break we were looking for. With a hire car we were able to visit all the towns on Krk and restaurants and supermarkets are near by, too. We would definitely visit again!

Great holiday home, has everything you need and it’s really nice to stay there. Everything is clean and well-kept, and the location is peaceful, perfect for relaxing. The host is very friendly, responds quickly, and is easy to communicate with. We recommend it and will definitely come back!

Ivan's Villa Simone is a great house. We were here with eight people and had a fantastic time. The house is beautiful, both inside and outside. The furnishings are high-quality and everything you need has been thought of. When we arrived, towels and beach towels were already on the loungers by the pool, which immediately invited us to swim. The pool is huge and perfect for swimming. Ivan was very accommodating and always available. His mother even brought us a homemade cake. We have rarely felt so comfortable in an airbnb. We will definitely come back. Thank you Ivan for this great vacation.

We had a fantastic time, the house, pool and internet was great. Davide is very friendly and answers quickly to all questions. We recommend this house, and will book Davides accommodation again when we travel again to Croatia. We travelled with our dog, the garden is fenced and perfect for a dog. Very nice villa in a quiet neighborhood. Several externally similar houses in a small settlement, Located about 20 minutes from Porec and Rovinj, but easy to reach by car. Villa exactly matches the photos. Highly recommended. Easy check-in and check-out with keybox. Super nice quiet environment. But also no problem to let a little loud music run. Amenities largely correspond to the description, only small things were missing, such as salt,pepper and oil. Or a working hairdryer.

This is the most stunning villa we have ever stayed in on holiday. Absolutely superb high end accommodation. We were greeted by our excellent hosts who were charming, friendly and so informative. The house and pool house are exactly as described; pristine and very comfortable. We could not have wished for better and would heartily recommend.

A perfect stay - we booked this place as part of a road trip for our honeymoon & it was exactly as described! The photos are spot on for it We brought our dog and the whole place is fenced in and secure so she could do what she pleased as well as we could. Very private, gated and covered parking (very important for us) and in a very private place with no traffic! We used this as more of a base so I can’t really comment on the local area as we did a lot of day trips however, it worked very well! Great pool, everything you need amenity wise! Only small draw backs would be a lack of basics in the kitchen (but as long as you know, that’s easy to sort as part of your grocery shopping anyway) and the road is seemingly yet to be finished but both of those things took nothing away from our stay! The villa was absolutely amazing - beautiful, comfortable and modern. It was also perfect for our dog, with a large garden enclosed by a stone wall. Communication with the host was excellent - friendly and responsive. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

The place is very nice and was well maintained. Everyone was super friendly to us and we felt welcome. It is very rural and in June there were therefore quite a lot of snacks, which were a bit annoying.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Tom’s and I can’t recommend it highly enough! The apartment is thoughtfully decorated and impeccably clean. From the fully stocked kitchen to the comfortable living and sleeping areas, every detail has been taken care of. The little charming city of Cres is just 20min away (by car) and had everything we needed - supermarket, ATMs, great restaurants and cafes and even two real beekeeper’s shops, which we especially loved. The island itself is a true paradise for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. One of the best beaches is just 10 minutes away and with all the singing birds and deers casually walking around the house, we felt like we were in a real wild paradise. Our dog was extremely happy too! And what truly sets this experience apart is the incredibly hospitable mother of Tom, Blazhena. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Her warm personality and genuine care for her guests create an unforgettable experience.

Villa Motovun is one of the most beautiful houses we’ve stayed in. The house has been renovated with such care to detail, it has kept the traditional character but is completely modernised with all amenities you would need. We loved the colour schemes, the materials used. It was so comfortable, with many seating areas, very comfortable, large beds (super important!), every room with en-suite bathroom. The views from the terrace of the Mirna valley and Groznjan in the distance are stunning. We loved having the little heated pool, the sauna and the pool table. The local wine ‘mini bar’ was also nice and we could help ourselves to a bottle of local Malvasia or Teran. All in all a gem in a beautiful medieval hilltop town, walkable to some really good restaurants serving amongst other things, local homemade pasta with truffles, or wild asparagus in the spring.
