Welcome to our cozy little holiday apartment with the beach and sea 500 meters away! And close to bigger places like Middelburg and Domburg. Downstairs bathroom and dining facilities. Upstairs seating area and beds. Private shower, toilet, refrigerator, cooking facilities with oven, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle. With WiFi, TV and in summer an air-cooler. Delicious soft water through the water softener. Tea and coffee are available; these may be consumed free of charge. Within walking distance are various shops, restaurants, a supermarket and a bakery. Crib and high chair provided, this costs €10 per stay. (pay loose on arrival). A staircase fence is installed upstairs. Check in from 2p.m. Check out before 10:00. Parking is free in the driveway with us. So no parking fee! Our price includes tourist tax. The modern new apartment is suitable for 2 adults and 1 child. Downstairs living room with open kitchen and toilet. Upstairs, 1 spacious bedroom with walk-in shower, toilet and a sleeping loft on the 2nd floor. Within 50 m walking distance of supermarket, bakery, restaurants and bike rental. On-site private parking. Terrace with lots of privacy.

Holiday mill in Zeeland

This monumental wheat mill offers the visitor peace and comfort, a vacation in a unique location between the Veerse Meer and the Zeeuwse beach. The mill can accommodate 4 adults or 5 people if there are children. The location offers lots of privacy, lots of outdoor space and is completely newly decorated. Newly built in 2021 vacation rental in the beautiful village of Zoutelande! The beach, the dunes and the cozy village street can all be found within a walking distance of 5 minutes. Come enjoy the sea, sand and sun and the beautiful area. The small but nice apartment (25m2) has a separate bedroom with double bed (1.60 wide). A living area with a fully equipped kitchen with combination microwave, fridge, kettle and dishwasher. Small bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating.

Please note that the rental price is exclusive of the following costs: - Dog fee: €30 per day per dog. - Tourist tax: €2.42 per day per person. - In the months of December, January, February, and March, gas consumption is charged additionally at a rate of €1.50 per m³.

Zoutelande biedt u gezellige restaurants, terrasjes, (zomerse)weekmarkt en diverse winkels. Daarnaast, op het zuiden, een ruim strand met enkele strandpaviljoens. Verder is Meliskerke op 1,5 km te bereiken, daar bevinden zich de warme bakker, ambachtelijke slager en een supermarkt.

The beach is 2 minutes walk from the holiday apartment.

Since June 2020, we have been renting out this detached holiday home at the foot of the dunes in Zoutelande. The house is located in a quiet small-scale holiday park, within walking distance of the village center where nice shops and restaurants can be found. From the park, you can walk directly into the dune area, which gives you access to the beach. Zoutelande is an excellent starting point for hiking and cycling routes.
