Welcome to our cozy little holiday apartment with the beach and sea 500 meters away! And close to bigger places like Middelburg and Domburg. Downstairs bathroom and dining facilities. Upstairs seating area and beds. Private shower, toilet, fridge, cooking facilities with oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle. With WiFi, TV and in the summer an air cooler. Deliciously soft water through the water softener. Tea and coffee are available; these may be consumed free of charge. Within walking distance are various shops, restaurants, a supermarket and a bakery. Crib and high chair available, this costs €10 per stay. (pay separately upon arrival). A staircase fence is installed upstairs. Check in from 2 p.m. Check out before 10:00 . Parking is free with us on the driveway. So no parking fees! Our price includes tourist tax. Upstairs, 1 spacious bedroom with walk-in shower, toilet and a sleeping loft on the 2nd floor. Within 50 m walking distance of supermarket, bakery, restaurants and bike rental. On-site private parking. Terrace with lots of privacy.

Cozy and nice vacation home in the beautiful village of Zoutelande! The beach, the dunes and the cozy village street are all within a 5-minute walking distance. Come and enjoy the sea, sand and sun and the beautiful surroundings. The small but nice apartment (25m2) has a separate bedroom with a double bed (1.60 wide). A living area with a fully equipped kitchen with combination microwave, refrigerator, kettle and dishwasher. Small bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating.

Beach and boulevard are only 400 meters away. In July and August, we require a minimum stay of 5 nights for a relaxing stay by the sea. In a prime location just a stone's throw from the beach, you will find our small cozy double studio at the bottom of the dike. At the front, there is ample parking. Amenities such as a supermarket, bakery, restaurants are within walking distance. You can also make the most beautiful (beach) walks and bike rides from your studio. The studio has a double bed, toilet, shower/sink, television, kitchenette with coffee/tea facility and hob, private access and terrace.

Since June 2020, we have been renting out this detached holiday home at the foot of the dunes in Zoutelande. The house is located in a quiet small-scale holiday park, within walking distance of the village center where nice shops and restaurants can be found. From the park, you can walk directly into the dune area, which gives you access to the beach. Zoutelande is an excellent starting point for hiking and cycling routes.

Furthermore, Meliskerke can be reached in 1.5 km, where there is a warm bakery, artisanal butcher and a supermarket.
