The apartment is located on the second floor of a new stylish house, without a balcony. It is only 50 m from the sea. The location is ideal for swimming or walking on the beach. The apartment is fully equipped with a large bathroom and bedroom, but you will also find everything you need in the smaller kitchenette. It is perfect for time spent as a couple. To make sure you don't have to worry about late arrivals, the apartment has refreshing water in the fridge, coffee capsules for the first morning, and a disposable shower gel in the bathroom.

Our family house is situated near the center of Pag, in an oasis of peace and silence. It takes you a few minutes to the beautiful beaches. In our house you can find accommodation in well-arranged apartments with big terraces with beautiful view on the sea and city, with heated pool. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, youngs and families with kids.

Residence Jakov offer quality accommodation; you do not have to get out of the yard to access to beach and it is really great accomodation and an exclusive position in Stara Novalja. This appartment is best option for family who like to spend their time outside because it has big beautiful private yard with grill, sink, deck chairs and furniture for dining with chairs and bench. The beach is literally few stairs from the yard. Every guest said it is really priceless and we agree (see photos)! :)

The apartment is extremly comfortable with lot of sunlight and with great view. Dining on terrace gives you calm and relaxing moments. You will love this place.
