Unique Dutch Miller’s House

This is a rare opportunity to stay in a traditional Miller's House located on the same property as an authentic 1632 Dutch Windmill. This beautiful cabin offers privacy, nature and canals on both sides, yet is only 1.5 miles (2.4km) from town and a 40 minute train ride to Amsterdam. This cabin was hand built with love & care and it is a pleasure to share it with guests from all around the world. As the Miller of this windmill, I enjoy giving my guests a complimentary tour whenever possible.

We welcome you in our home on the Great North Holland Canal. Our lovely studio has a private entrance and terrace and is situated on the ground floor. Includes use of 2 bicycles and a canoe. You can cycle from our studio to the beach in about 30 min. The historic city of Alkmaar is 15 min. away. Recreational area Geestmerambacht (walking, cycling, swimming, water sports) is within walking distance. Our studio is perfect for couples looking for a nice spot between the outdoors and the city.

This beautiful studio is located above the garage with a private entrance under the carport. The studio has a fairytale view of the mill and the fields behind the house. You enter the studio through the stairs. Here you will find a cozy modern atmosphere. You are completely private in the apartment. Behind the apartment you have your own private terrace with 2 chairs and a table. At the water you find two relaxchairs. You can park your car at the mill. Bicycles can be put under the carport.

Studio in Koedijk

Get away from it all and relax in this beautiful area. Beautiful area for biking and enjoying the beautiful nature. Close to dune and beach and the picturesque places Bergen, Schoorl and Alkmaar. On the edge of the Geestmerambacht (nature reserve) where you can enjoy hiking and bird watching. There is also the possibility to store and recharge (electric) bicycles in the garage. In the spacious backyard you can use the large garden table. In short, a wonderful accommodation!

The flat is one large space of 140m2. Upon arrival, you will come up with the spiral staircase and immediately approach the wonderful Private Rooftop Terrace of 100m2 with built-in Jacuzzi. The house is American relaxed furnished ; think of chesterfield sofas and a large beamer with good sound system. The kitchen is spacious and has utensils and standard utensils. There is no separate bedroom, the 2 double beds are behind curtains. Bathroom has a spacious shower

B&B Het Kantoor, private appartment and Breakfast

COVID-19 2022: It is possible to stay contactless. B&B Het Kantoor is located in the friendly village of Sint Pancras. Ideal for a trip to Alkmaar which is just 5 kilometres away. The coastal towns of Bergen and Egmond are easily reachable by car of bicycle. The B&B contains a separate bedroom with an box spring bed and a living room with coffee corner, fridge, microwave, TV and free WiFi. It also contains a private bathroom with walk in shower and washstand.
