Our house is located directly on the Linz main square, Klosterstrasse 1. A beautiful old building and right next to our main house the main square 23. The flair of the building is unique and so the apartment is suitable for a business trip as well as for a private visit to Linz. Linz is usually not discovered at the first sight. Renate's apartment is top! It is located in a beautiful area surrounded by forests and walking the hiking trails from the door. The apartment is on the first floor in an old farmhouse, everything is available, kitchen well equipped , good bed, and a fantastic shower. The major cities such as Salzburg are a bit away (168 km) , but Linz , definitely worth the effort is 30 km away. But all the smaller villages nearby are well worth doing. Definitely recommended !!!

The apartment was in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Although quite far from the centre, the trams go every 2-3 minutes, so it wasn’t that big of a problem. The apartment has all the facilities you need. Gertrude is alsp very helpful and nice :))

We had a great stay with Karin, who was a great help and very flexible with our arrival and departure times. The apartment is spacious, well equipped (very comfortable beds) and bright. The location is central and, due to its orientation towards the park, it is surrounded by greenery. The apartment was absolutely clean and there was nothing unnecessary around. The little extra: the small welcome gifts! Thank you, we will be happy to come back!

The host and his family were very kind and friendly. The navigation does not take you to the accommodation, but to the other side of the building, but the host immediately rushed to our help and led us to the right place. It's a good place for a night or two.

It's the perfect place to relax and disconnect from the routine. The house is very comfortable, the hostess has always been very kind, and the surroundings of the house have beautiful landscapes, excellent places to walk and is close (10 minutes by car) to restaurants. I highly recommend!

From the beginning (booking request) to the end (check-out) everything was tip-top and as I imagine AirBnB. I can easily recommend Silvia and her minimalist and very stylish apartment. The extraordinary bathroom alone is worth a visit. ☺️ I'd love to come back. ✌️
