Refurbished apartment, very good location, close to Canal Saint-Martin, in a lively area with lots of restaurants, bars, shops... Easily accessible by public transport (metro lines 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 11) The apartment is very bright and very quiet, under the roofs (6th floor without elevator). It consists of a main room, bedroom and bathroom. It's perfectly equipped. This is my home. You'll feel right at home :)

When the weather is nice there is at least sun on one of the two balconies all day long. We live in this apartment and you will find every comfort. Accommodating up to 2 people, it is ideal for a couple. Access is autonomous. Very good stay :)

Appartement haussmannien rénové par architecte. Il dispose d’un balcon filant permettant de prendre des repas en profitant du soleil parisien. Juste en bas de l’appartement il y a une excellent fromagerie, une très bonne boulangerie et une brasserie typiquement parisienne. Montmartre se situe à 5 minutes à pieds tout comme la Gare du Nord et de nombreuses lignes de métro.

Located at the heart of Paris, two steps away from Canal St Martin, this charming and quiet studio in a garden can accommodate up to two people. Please note that Prunelle, our cat, enjoys passing by in the courtyard and near the studio. If you are allergic to cats her presence nearby may bother you.
