House holiday rentals in 12 South, Nashville

We were there for a quick weekend in Nashville and this place was perfect! The unit was clean and the decorations were cute. The unit was more spacious than expected which was a plus. The unit faces the back of the building and it was on a relatively quiet street, and street parking was available for additional cars. Broadway is about a 30 min walk or a 7 minute uber (we ubered since they were relatively cheap; average $12). It was also close to The Gulch which was awesome. The host was responsive when we had a question about parking and even let us check in a little early! I would recommend this place and likely book again!

Great location. Close to downtown and 12 South, but in a quiet location and lowkey surroundings. House looked just like its photos. We were comfortable and happy with our choice.

I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.

Such a beautiful property with an amazing host. We felt at home away from home. The neighborhood was gorgeous and very pleasant to walk around every morning. We loved how spacious the home was as well. The pool and hot tub were both clean and such a nice place to spend an evening while grilling out with friends. The experience was amazing, we cannot wait to go back🙏🏼

We had such a good time at this house! The kitchen was perfectly stocked to be able to do any or all meals at the house, the bedrooms were great sizes, the couch was wildly comfortable and the backyard was beautiful! Great location, we felt safe walking to a nearby playground and there were plenty of restaurants/breweries in a quick 10 minute drive. Highly recommend!

The apartment was just as the photos showed, and the location was great. We booked some guided tours and they happened to be right next door ( win win ) had a great bar too. Alex was very helpful and checked to see if everything was ok and it was . Would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends and family. All that’s left to say is Ye-Ha !!!!

This home is great! Everything we needed was there for our family of five. And, with the hot tub, pool, game room and well stocked kitchen this place offered much fun and activities right in the home! The location is an easy drive or Uber to downtown; you can be in the heart of Nashville fun in 15 minutes. We very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home.

Nick was very responsive when I needed help in the Airbnb. He came right over the next day. The Airbnb is in a good location, walking distance to a lot of nice places to eat and a little shopping. Definitely gives you a good feel of downtown Nashville and the surrounding areas.

We had an excellent experience!!! Great location, restaurants by it but only 5 min uber to Broadway. Ubers always knew where to go! Christie was very communicative and checked in with us periodically to see how it was going! Highly recommend!

We've been to AirBNBs in several countries and many states (and elsewhere in Nashville) and this was definitely one of our all-time faves. The way Kelli and Sarah use every inch of space inside Flatrock House yet make it feel spacious, full of light, and uncluttered is inspiring. Our hosts’ recommendation printouts were indispensable, our dog loved the enclosed backyard (and the modest pet fee). Cool selection of books/games/records, an awesome projector, a very cookable kitchen setup. Kelli and Sarah were so responsive and helpful as hosts while making us feel like we were all alone on our own quiet property. Absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a unique, great-value/immaculate-vibes stay in Nashville as many other options grow increasingly antiseptic, expensive, and management company–ish. The personal touch and perfect little home here really make Flatrock House stand out.

The home is SO cute and in such an adorable area. Everything was clean and tidy and easy to find. The place is bigger than it looks in photos and such a perfect place to stay.

Dana place worked very well for what we needed. The kitchen was easy to cook in and the bathroom was clean and well stock. I would stay there again the next time I go to Nashville.

Beautiful above the garage apartment in lovely east Nashville! We traveled with 4 people-2 adults and 2 kids. The kids slept great on the pull out futon. Bathroom had all the amenities (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash included) and large shower. Decorated beautifully. My boyfriend loved the water filter in the kitchen. Location was quaint and peaceful. Ample parking behind the apt for one vehicle. Thanks for having us! Would stay again in the future.

Kevin's place was perfect! The location is close to lots of great places in East Nashville, the area is a peaceful quiet neighborhood and the home has everything I needed including a great yard for my pups:)

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the house is quaint and comfortable. Much like other reviews said, the house and neighborhood were peaceful and quiet. Great area that we would like to explore in the future! Bill was one of the most amazing hosts—communicated well & often, flexible, and accommodating.

The house was exactly how it was described. It was very clean neat it was perfect for our stay 10 minute Uber to Broadway where all the Honkytonk bars are at and plenty of restaurants in walking distance of the house. Sarah was very responsive and describe the place as it was when we showed up. Thank you again for the great experience of renting your house.

Great place to stay in Nashville! Major sites of interest are in close proximity (State Capital, Broadway, downtown, sport stadiums, and of course, the great music venues!) The house is just awesome, and has everything needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Views from the top floor are really cool! Highly recommended!

Five Point Jewel was a cozy home to stay. We walked many times around the surrounding neighborhood visiting Fatherland Shoppes and restaurants. We visited “Bad Idea” , “The Tree House” and “Reunion”for drinks. We had great food from Edley’sBarbecue . The fenced in backyard was great for our dog to run around while we enjoyed sitting outside.

We had a wonderful stay at Robert’s property. The home was well appointed with everything we needed to feel right at home. The kitchen was well stocked and easy for two people to cook in at the same time. We especially enjoyed the beautiful back yard. Lovely landscaped to make it a peaceful place to relax after a long day. We appreciated suggestions of where to eat that were walkable. We tried three of them all delicious and friendly staff. The neighborhood was pleasant to walk each day. Robert was easy to work with and always had a friendly response. A charming home away from home! We’ll be back!
