Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in 12 South, Nashville

Evane was a very responsive host! She gave us great instructions and worked with my group and I to ensure our stay was as we wanted. The apartment was very clean and spacious. She left us super awesome chocolates from her shop next door as well! I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting the Nashville area!

15-20 minute walk to Printers Alley, Bridgestone arena and country music Hall of fame. Close to many great restaurants in the Gulch also. Full kitchen if you want to cook or just keep some snacks handy. Towels are provided but not kitchen towels so if you plan on cooking bring some towels and kitchen sponge. Washer and dryer in unit very convenient. Very clean on arrival.

We really enjoyed our stay at Richard’s place! He was an awesome host - he welcomed us into his home and gave us plenty of tips and advice for our time in Nashville. The space itself was great. Very spacious and Richard had thought of all the amenities that might be needed. Great location, close to lots of shops and the bus route to downtown. Cheers Richard! 😊

The "Lyric" was as advertised and met all our expectations! (Especially convenient for any activity associated with Lipscomb.) We felt comfortable right away. (As others have mentioned, this location may be a challenge for any who have difficulty with stairs. But once inside there are no issues with getting around the space.) Host were great. Though we really didn't need anything as all was taken care of.

Lizbeth is an AMAZING host. She was so easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. Be aware that Antioch is not particularly close to Nashville proper, the pool and hot tub are in a shared space, and you can hear EVERYTHING upstairs while in the unit. Over all would highly recommend the stay if you just want a cozy, homey stay with some amazing hosts. I couldn’t recommend Lizbeth enough just the space was 3.5/4 stars but the host was easily 5 stars

This AirBnB met all our expectations and then some. It was aesthetically pleasing, comfortable, relaxing, and had all the amenities of home. The online guide was easy to access and retain for specific information about the home and area. Check-in and checkout were a breeze as was the keyless entry to the garage and home. We spent a lot of time walking to nearby coffee and restaurants as well as a short drive to 12 South or downtown. Definitely recommend.

This was a great place to stay for my best friend’s Bachelorette trip! The host was very responsive and made sure that we had everything we needed. I saw a few comments about the location being sketchy so I was a bit worried but honestly I felt safe and so did the others girls! We had no problems with the location at all. I only rated 4 stars for cleanliness because a few of the dishes in the cupboard were dirty, and the blinds were kinda broken in spots. It was very helpful having all of the dishes,utensils and utilities. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Candice was very accommodating and responsive! This house I lovely and felt like home for the days we were there! We didn’t rent a car and had no issues getting where we needed to go via Uber and taxis. When I go back to Nashville I will be checking to see if Candice’s place is available! Well worth every penny! 💙💙💙

Cute well decorated home! Pictures are accurate! The location is great. Quiet neighborhood located a few block from 12 South neighborhood. You must check out 12 South. Great walkable street w restaurants and businesses! Its a gem. Short 5 min Uber/Lyft to Broadway! We were there for CMA Week so the Ubers were slightly higher priced but worth it. The house has comfortable beds and a comfortable living room off the kitchen. We used the BBQ on the deck one night which worked great! The home was CLEAN and well stocked w linens. Mario was very responsive and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this home. Its an older home but has been updated inside and is very charming and comfortable. Well decorated!! I would stay here again if we return!!

Incredibly clean space, layout was great for groups, quiet area. If you’re looking to spend most of your time downtown this is a bit further out. Overall the place worked for us-we just started a single night.

We had such a fantastic stay at this cozy little townhome in Nashville. It was the perfect spot for us; full of charm, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The space felt instantly welcoming, with a lovely homey vibe that made it so easy to unwind. We especially loved cooking our own meals in the well-equipped kitchen and then heading out to explore the nearby 12 South neighborhood, which quickly became one of our favorite parts of the city. From live music and amazing food to local shops and laid-back vibes, the area had so much to offer just minutes from the front door. It was quiet, safe, and had a real local feel; the kind of place you look forward to coming back to at the end of a busy day of enjoying Nashville. We’d absolutely recommend this gem to anyone looking for a cozy, convenient stay in a brilliant part of Nashville. Can’t wait for the next trip back!

Debbie's house is cute, comfy...and in a great location! The neighborhood is very nice. We walked to 12th Ave for breakfast one morning. Would definitely return for another visit!!

Perfect location close to Vanderbilt and just a 5 minute drive to the action downtown. Quiet neighborhood but right off West End.

I cannot say enough great things about this Airbnb and its perfect location 😍. Marshall and Carolyn were very communicative; Broadway is just a quick 10-15 minute walk away; The place was really clean and spacious; The couch and bed were super comfortable; and There are a ton of great finds within a 2-3 block radius: •Tipsy Scoop is literally next door, and the perfect boozy frozen treat (mango margarita, please) •Martin’s BBQ Joint has such good bbq •Parlor Donuts might just be the best donuts in the US 😉 •Sprocket Rocket Party Bike - book it, and ask for Geoff (trust me). Next time I’m in Nashville. I’m coming back here.

Amazing communicator and exactly what we needed for a work trip. Convenient to get to Nissan Stadium. Close to anywhere you want to go when visiting Nashville

Shannon is very responsive. The condo is conveniently located. We were very close to restaurants, bars and Broadway. No complaints here. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

We were very happy with our choice to stay here and would 100% choose it again if we come back into town.

What a fabulous place to stay! The condo is absolutely beautiful and the location is exactly what we wanted. The beds are comfy, the living area is spacious, and it was the perfect location for us right next to Belmont. Amy is a great host, and we definitely hope to stay here again!

We loved this place! Very quiet neighborhood and several restaurants that were in walking distance. Quick Ubers to our favorite attractions! Allen is very responsive and great communication at all times. My husband and I love Nashville and we will definitely return here to stay again! We enjoyed the decor and how we felt apart of the Nashville lifestyle! Thank you so much! Water in the fridge was much appreciated since we arrived later in the evening. A quick walk to Publix and we were set. Another convenience!
