Holiday rentals with a fireplace in 12 South, Nashville

We couldnt have asked for a better place to stay at during our family vacation. The house is beautifully decorated with tons of space. Kitchen equipped with everything you could think of. We had fresh, clean linens and I especially loved the make up small towels ! We could tell that the host thought of every little detail so guests will feel at home, and we did. Thanks for making our Nashville visit an amazing experience. 👏 we will definitely look into.their other listings whem we plan our next vacay.

We loved our stay in such a beautiful place, we had everything we needed and uber to downtown was so quick to arrive and just a 20 minute trip.

Second stay at this home, I appreciated the comfy beds and box fans!

Great place to stay if you have pets traveling with you! It has a fenced in back yard which is nice, but FYI that space is shared with 5 other condo units, although we never saw anyone else in the backyard when we were out there. Still very close to downtown and a nice area. Thank you!

This was perfect for our group. The listing description and photos were accurate, and the home was exceptionally clean, quiet, and well-equipped with amenities. As a first-time Airbnb guest, I had a great experience. The location offered convenient access to the highway, making it easy to get around town. The host was also extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

This place was exactly what we needed. It was close to downtown and had plenty of space to fit 8 of us. We really enjoyed the balcony on the third floor. Open floor plan on the main floor. The perfect place for entertaining.

Out of all the Airbnbs we've stayed at, this one was by far the best! The hosts were incredibly kind and thoughtful — they truly went above and beyond. From the little bottles of shampoo and conditioner to the kid-friendly cups, plates, and even toys, they thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and special. Our toddler had such a great time playing with their sweet children, and we all enjoyed toasting marshmallows together — such a fun and memorable experience! The bathtub was a highlight — seriously amazing. This place felt like a true oasis. And the chickens? Absolutely adorable! Every morning, our son was so excited to go see them. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Our group of 8 stayed here and it was perfect. Super closed to Broadway, just down the road to some of the best bars! The place was comfortable, couch area seats so many, kitchen is well stocked to be able to cook full meals. The access to BBQ and pool area was awesome but does fill up on the weekends. The host is super responsive and answered all questions asap. Staff in the building is courteous soo friendly. Great spot!

Pavel and his place were super great! He was super attentive and helpful and recommended places to eat and go out. The home was clean and quiet. Everything was so amazing ! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others :)

My friends and I had a great time at this Airbnb. The BEST thing about this spot is the location. Super walkable to heart of Broadway, shopping, restaurants. You don’t need a car if you stay here. It’s a lot of folks staying in this building so around check out time the elevators can be slow. If you’re not carrying stuff you can easily take the stairs. We had 3 people each person has their own bed! The fridge has an ice maker! Parking a car is extra fee so consider that in your budget. I’ll DEFINITELY stay here again when I’m back to Nashville 🙌🏾

Ron & Susan’s place was above and beyond what we expected! Their home is beautiful, comfortable & homey, and is right in the thick of everything and everywhere of Nashville! Easy access to multiple areas either via walking or uber! The assigned parking space was awesome as well. Highly recommend Ron & Susan’s home and can’t wait to return! If we could rate it 6 out of 5 we would. This place was so welcoming and had everything we could possibly need and more. From the welcome song playing on the TV to all the beautiful touches throughout the house, this was the place to be. This is exactly what I want to experience when staying away from home. You can tell the host really took her precious time to cater to all her guests. Everything was smooth and simple. Thank you so much!

Our third stay at Denise’s place was great as always! Exactly like the pictures. The beds and space are very comfortable. Denise is always responsive and handled a small issue quickly. This place is in a great area and within a reasonable distance of downtown and other spots around town. We look forward to staying again next year!
