De dag van aankomst waren ze na een berichtje gelijk al aanwezig en kregen we een enthousiast welkom, na wat uitleg en de sleutel wees alles voor zich, appartement was echt erg schoon en opgeruimd. Van alles aanwezig voor de keuken en de hosts zijn echt super vriendelijk en enthousiast.

J aurai aimé garder l adresse secrète ….Un véritable bijou caché à Paris. Ce petit duplex est sans doute l’un des Airbnbs les plus surprenants que j’aie pu découvrir : un lit d’un confort exceptionnel, un aménagement raffiné, des finitions haut de gamme, et un charme fou. L’accueil a été tout simplement inoubliable : un bouquet de roses fraîches, une bouteille de champagne, des croissants chaque matin, sans oublier toutes les attentions pour mon chien — tout y est pensé dans les moindres détails. Face au jardin du Luxembourg , avec des pâtisseries, des restaurants et des lieux mythiques à deux pas, un bus devant la porte, et tout Paris à bicyclette… On se sent immédiatement parisien, avec l’envie irrésistible de le devenir pour toujours. Ce nid est si agréable qu’on ne veut plus en sortir. Et pourtant, je viens d’un petit paradis en Floride. C’est dire…

We thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay at Dale and Gilles apartment. Dale responded very quickly to our enquiries and was very proactive in recommending local restaurants and other attractions prior to our arrival. There’s two good bakeries close by and the Metro only minutes away. Roughly 30 minutes to Monmarte and 45 minutes to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment was as described with literally everything you need, including a table top ironing board, the apartment itself was spotless. I can’t recommend this apartment enough, thank you Dale and Gilles for making us so welcome.

Pol’s place is a perfect oasis in the city. Peaceful, beautiful and private but in a great location. He was very responsive and helpful with tips for the house and the city. Would absolutely stay again

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans l’appartement de Joshua. Le logement est conforme à l’annonce, confortable et très propre. Le quartier est agréable et calme, avec plusieurs commerces à proximité, dont un bon traiteur et des restaurants. Le métro (ligne 14) est à deux pas, ce qui facilite les déplacements dans tout Paris. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement ! Stéphane

The place is even better than the pictures. It’s so beautiful and comfortable. The host has great taste, and all furnitures and decorations are French style. Moreover, there is a great Chinese restaurant nearby named “Malamala”, I ate it everyday.

Had an excellent stay at this airbnb - it’s a beautifully decorated split level apartment. so much bigger than the pics seem and lovely light with big windows! we loved the plants and tasteful decorations. area is great - lots of lovely restaurants and bars on the doorstep and easy metro access. the flat was quiet at night and we slept very well. great hosts too! would definitely recommend this airbnb.

Lovely place to stay for the week. Louis was kind, welcoming, and shared great local tips on groceries, restaurants, and boulangeries nearby. The neighborhood is super walkable and just 2–3 minutes from the Metro. We felt right at home, and the bed was really comfortable. Would love to stay here again next time we’re in Paris!

Really cute place in the 13th, I stayed here for about a month and had a great time and really enjoyed the area as well. There is a really great convenience store nearby and also a couple streets up an amazing organic grocery called Vert Mains. About a half a block up from the apartment is a really cool street lined with bars and restaurants that’s busy and lively all days of the week. The apartment is all you could ask for as a solo person, but I could see it working fine with 2 or 3 people as well.

Ich habe den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Appartment ist toll, habe mich gleich zuhause gefühlt. Auch die Lage ist sehr gut. Ich würde das Appartment jederzeit wieder buchen. Maria and Thibaud’s home is an excellent choice for a few days in Paris. It's conveniently located, the apartment is beautiful, clean, and fully equipped. I had a wonderful stay at Vincent’s place. Small but efficient. Always had my breakfast at home. It was wonderful to have the balcony and the wonderful view of Paris and many landmarks as well. Getting to and from the apartment on foot or using metro was very easy. Vincent was very communicative and welcoming. A friend of his welcomed me on my arrival and showed me around the apartment. I was very comfortable and felt safe. I certainly would return to Vincent’s place when I return to Paris.😁❤️ I felt at home and relaxed. Thank you so much. Hope to see you again soon.

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions. Nous ne pouvions pas espérer meilleur airbnb pour un séjour à 2 sur Paris au vu de notre budget. Le rapport qualité prix est formidable. L’appartement est propre, nous avons très bien dormi. Tout l’équipement est présent, notamment un lave linge, un sèche-cheveux. Pas besoin de draps ou de serviettes de toilette, tout cela est fourni. Aucun problème en arrivant ou pour récupérer les clés, l’appartement est facile à trouver, à moins de 2 minutes d’une station de métro permettant de rejoindre directement ou avec une seule correspondance n’importe quel lieu dans Paris. Françoise et Patrick sont très accueillants, ils nous ont offerts des croissants, des fruits et quelques produits frais à l’arrivée et pendant le séjour. Ils nous ont suggérer des activités très sympathiques et se sont occupés de notre lessive, nous permettant de profiter au maximum de notre séjour. Nous vous remercions encore pour votre accueil, notre séjour n’aurait pas été si bien sans vous. Au plaisir de revenir.

Laurence was a wonderful host. She was flexible with our check in time, was always nearby for questions or assistance and was very warm and friendly. The apartment is in a prime location, perfect spot to pop out and start your day, with many great restaurants, bakery, gelato, and shopping right outside the door. Even with the central location, the home was quiet and peaceful. The place has a very “lived in” feel, with many personal items spread throughout, but it did not take away from our enjoyment of the space.
