Perfect place to enjoy Paris while being in a quiet area

On the day of arrival, they were immediately present after a message and we received an enthusiastic welcome, after some explanation and the key was everything for themselves, apartment was really very clean and tidy. Everything is available for the kitchen and the hosts are really super friendly and enthusiastic.

A lovely little home away from home, with obvious attention to detail. Instructions for entry were accurate, everything was fresh and easy to use, and the little extras like copious chargers, one-way windows on the first floor for privacy and daily delivered breakfast were most welcome. Above all, Francois is an absolutely terrific host. Not intrusive, but extremely responsive and helpful. Francois truly responds almost immediately and provides extremely helpful information about the unit and the area. This petite maison is situated in a small courtyard in close proximity to waste receptacles for the neighbors, but there were no unpleasant odors in the very tidy unit and the location allows for privacy in a city teeming with life.

We thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay at Dale and Gilles apartment. Dale responded very quickly to our enquiries and was very proactive in recommending local restaurants and other attractions prior to our arrival. There’s two good bakeries close by and the Metro only minutes away. Roughly 30 minutes to Monmarte and 45 minutes to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment was as described with literally everything you need, including a table top ironing board, the apartment itself was spotless. I can’t recommend this apartment enough, thank you Dale and Gilles for making us so welcome.

Pol’s place is a perfect oasis in the city. Peaceful, beautiful and private but in a great location. He was very responsive and helpful with tips for the house and the city. Would absolutely stay again

I had a great stay at Joshua's apartment. The accommodation is as advertised, comfortable and very clean. The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet, with several shops nearby, including a good caterer and restaurants. The metro (line 14) is a stone's throw away, making it easy to get around Paris. The place is even better than the pictures. It’s so beautiful and comfortable. The host has great taste, and all furnitures and decorations are French style. Moreover, there is a great Chinese restaurant nearby named “Malamala”, I ate it everyday.

Had an excellent stay at this airbnb - it’s a beautifully decorated split level apartment. so much bigger than the pics seem and lovely light with big windows! we loved the plants and tasteful decorations. area is great - lots of lovely restaurants and bars on the doorstep and easy metro access. the flat was quiet at night and we slept very well. great hosts too! would definitely recommend this airbnb.

Lovely place to stay for the week. Louis was kind, welcoming, and shared great local tips on groceries, restaurants, and boulangeries nearby. The neighborhood is super walkable and just 2–3 minutes from the Metro. We felt right at home, and the bed was really comfortable. Would love to stay here again next time we’re in Paris!

Really cute place in the 13th, I stayed here for about a month and had a great time and really enjoyed the area as well. There is a really great convenience store nearby and also a couple streets up an amazing organic grocery called Vert Mains. About a half a block up from the apartment is a really cool street lined with bars and restaurants that’s busy and lively all days of the week. The apartment is all you could ask for as a solo person, but I could see it working fine with 2 or 3 people as well.

I had a wonderful stay at Vincent’s place. Small but efficient. Always had my breakfast at home. It was wonderful to have the balcony and the wonderful view of Paris and many landmarks as well. Getting to and from the apartment on foot or using metro was very easy. Vincent was very communicative and welcoming. A friend of his welcomed me on my arrival and showed me around the apartment. I was very comfortable and felt safe. I certainly would return to Vincent’s place when I return to Paris.😁❤️ I felt at home and relaxed. Thank you so much. Hope to see you again soon.

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions. We couldn't have hoped for a better Airbnb for a stay of 2 in Paris given our budget. The value for money is great. The apartment is clean, we slept very well. All the equipment is present, including a washing machine, a hair dryer. No need for sheets or towels, all this is provided. No problems arriving or picking up the keys, the apartment is easy to find, less than 2 minutes from a metro station allowing you to reach any place in Paris directly or with a single connection. Françoise and Patrick are very welcoming, they offered us croissants, fruit and some fresh products on arrival and during the stay. They suggested very nice activities and took care of our laundry, allowing us to make the most of our stay. We thank you again for your welcome, our stay would not have been so good without you. Looking forward to coming back.

Laurence was a wonderful host. She was flexible with our check in time, was always nearby for questions or assistance and was very warm and friendly. The apartment is in a prime location, perfect spot to pop out and start your day, with many great restaurants, bakery, gelato, and shopping right outside the door. Even with the central location, the home was quiet and peaceful. The place has a very “lived in” feel, with many personal items spread throughout, but it did not take away from our enjoyment of the space.

Rarely seen beauty and perfect and sufficient supplies, this is the most impressive stay I have had in Paris, everything is as described, and Oliver is warm and responsive, no need to worry, great accommodation experience, if I come back to Paris, I will stay again!
