Perfect place to enjoy Paris while being in a quiet area

Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

Excellent location, you can get there relatively quickly by subway or Uber. The area is very quiet, the house is very cozy, very organized, very clean and well equipped with super close, totally recommended, we will surely repeat.

The room was very clean and the security was enough to feel safe.

Great location, host always responded quickly, the space is exactly as the photos show. I appreciate the quiche left for us on the day we arrived, it was very good. I would like to suggest a curtain on that glass door in the bedroom, we felt uncomfortable with the lack of privacy and the light that comes in, so I improvised a sheet to put up.

We spent 17 days in May 2025 in Mireille's apartment. We loved: the location in the 14th--a real neighborhood (we have been to Paris 10+ times so did not need to be in a tourist area); being on the US 7th floor with elevator (we had an unobstructed view from both the bedroom and living room); the windows! (basically floor to ceiling windows in both rooms, lots of light); stuff (lots of food related things--coffee, tea, spices, pasta, tomato sauce, mustard; soaps both for cleaning/washing machine, and for us; towels, etc) Lots of storage space. Quiet. Loved being a block from rue Dauguerre --went for morning croissants, cheese, pates, baguettes. I will miss it! Easy access to transportation --buses, metro--to other areas of Paris. But, it will take you 30+minutes to get to the main tourist sites which was not an issue for us. Would we rent it again? Yes, yes, yes!

Thomas was an incredibly proactive and understanding host, incredibly nice, and that can also be said for the wonderful apartment that is really worth its price. All in all - close to metro, extremely clean and the apartment having a clean ‘artsy’ vibe, the kitchen was amazing as well as the bed being incredibly comfortable!

France was very helpful and accommodating from the very beginning! The home is luminous, clean, comfortable with nice amenities and very closely located to the métro. There are restaurants, groceries, fromagerie, wine shops and stores for last minute needs (like Monoprix) very near by and plenty of walkable "to-do" list activities for first-time Paris goers. Note that the train is located off of one of the best métro lines for all of your other paris activities and that Ubers are very affordable to attractions, museums, the Tour Eiffel (and nearby burlesque), both opera houses and the jazz clubs. She also provided generous and ample room in her closet - which was much appreciated for a girl on a one week stay! And last but not least, you can not pass up her lovely balcony for your tea in the morning and your apéro in the evenings. It is covered, so even lovely in the rain. I would stay here again if given the opportunity!

This is the best Airbnb experience we have ever had, largely thanks to our incredible host Terri! She is very helpful and responsive, making us feel completely supportive before and during our stay. The unit itself and the surrounding are nothing short of beautiful. The atmosphere is warm and relaxing that felt like a home away from home. The unit is well-equipped. We found everything we could possibly need, making our stay incredibly convenient and enjoyable. Nineteen nights went by so fast! What a great location, a great host, and a spacious apartment with artsy vibe.

Our family of three had an amazing experience at Sonia's apartment. In addition to Sonia being a helpful and responsive host, the layout was perfect, location unbeatable, and we had everything we needed to make our stay in Paris perfect. Every morning was spent at the bakery downstairs, followed up by a walk along the street to pick up fresh produce. Being walkable to the metro and RER made it very convenient to get anywhere in or outside of the city. We're looking forward to our next visit and can't wait to stay at the apartment again!

What a fantastic host and property- the location was excellent, the 14th truly is a village within Paris. Beatrice was so helpful and her little apartment was the perfect base for us as we enjoyed Paris.

My wife and I took our granddaughter to Paris for the first time and stayed in Alice’s lovely flat. We love to walk, and the apartment is within a couple of miles of many of Paris’s main attractions. It’s very close to the Catacombs and Montparnasse Cemetery, and there’s a wonderful side street just around the corner with restaurants, shops, and market vendors. The apartment itself is exactly as advertised—well-appointed and clearly a cherished home rather than just a rental. From the quality of the decor to the appliances and cookware, it was obvious we were staying in someone’s lovingly maintained space. It’s a fairly quiet place—unless Paris Saint-Germain wins the Champions League, which they did on the last night of our stay. Naturally, all of Paris was celebrating!

Jad’s place is a delight. It is unique and interesting so you feel like you are somewhere special before you even open the door to Paris. The location is fabulous too - markets, the cafe and restaurants within easy walking distance. Buses and trains are also easily accessible. We had an alleging weekend. I would highly recommend Jad’s place. I dk f often stay somewhere twice but I would book this place again and probably will!

The apartment is very functional, it has everything you could need for a comfortable stay, the subway is about 20 minutes' walk from the apartment, but there are many buses a few minutes away. There is a supermarket very close to the apartment. It was a very comfortable stay.

The location was very quiet, very close to the subway. Even the apartment was very clean, it had everything you need. The only downside was the shower.

I had a wonderful stay at Vincent’s place. Small but efficient. Always had my breakfast at home. It was wonderful to have the balcony and the wonderful view of Paris and many landmarks as well. Getting to and from the apartment on foot or using metro was very easy. Vincent was very communicative and welcoming. A friend of his welcomed me on my arrival and showed me around the apartment. I was very comfortable and felt safe. I certainly would return to Vincent’s place when I return to Paris.😁❤️ I felt at home and relaxed. Thank you so much. Hope to see you again soon.

Great stay at the studio hosted by Safaa! Comfortable, fully equipped and well located, with multiple services nearby and easy access to public transportation. It is an ideal place for those who search for a longer stay in Paris. Safaa was quite approachable and friendly. I totally recommend it!

This is a nice small flat. It is very private and quiet, although it is located on a main street and near the Peripherique. Good connection to public transport. Othmane provided good instructions on how to get the keys and how to get into the flat.

The location is great with many great restaurants at door step and within walking distance. Great shops close by. Two metro lines close by. Great way to love around city! Love that condo is nice ,clean and bright. Great windows that allow in light. Entry thru courtyard is secured. Always felt safe going in and out. Hostess ‘s nice welcome gift of delightful local treat! And love that hostess has live flowering plants in window boxes. Really felt like home away from home. Great place that we would love to come back to!

I had a lovely stay at Sophie and Antoine's, the apartment is clean, well-equipped and functional. The apartment is very well located, the building is quiet. I recommend this place for short or long stays.
