Holiday rentals with a patio in 14th arrondissement

We had a lovely stay here! Wonderful location, wonderful host , and very clean and spacious ! We would love to stay here again! We don’t have any complaints !

This truly is the "Best Spot in Paris"! Danielle's flat was clean, comfortable, beautiful, and perfectly-situated just off one of the most interesting (and delicious) streets in Paris. My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better home base for our trip! Danielle was a great host, and we would definitely stay here again the next time we come to Paris.

Nassim est réactif, arrangeant et très aimable. Son logement est fidèle à la description : fonctionnel et vraiment propre. Décoré avec goût. L’immeuble est aussi très propre et facile d’accès. L’accès du métro jusqu’au logement est vraiment à 5 min à pied et le chemin éclairé. Merci d’avoir participé a ce que se séjour entre copines soit aussi bien

Paul is a fabulous host. He went above and beyond our expectations! He carried our suitcase upstairs and gave us a nice bottle of champagne. The kitchen is well appointed and it was great to have a washer/dryer. Furniture is super comfortable. The apartment is in a great neighborhood with a view of the Eiffel Tower. We had a great stay and hope to return!

Tom's place was very easy to navigate. It was centrally located and had an elevator. The view from the top floor made it worth it, it was absolutely stunning. There was a tad bit of confusion when it came to picking up the keys. The keys are in a locker INSIDE of the bar Dunquerk, not outside or anything. The staff there were very friendly and answered our questions. 10/10 recommend - we will rebook this place when we return.

Departamento pequeño y acogedor, muy bien arreglado. La terraza es un excelente lugar para disfrutar de un vino después de las largas caminatas por París. Eduardo contesta rápido y es muy amable. Muy recomendable!!!!

We loved this apartment ! Everything was clean and cozy. The location was amazing for us, since Montmartre is our favourite neighbourhood in Paris. The surroundings are charming and beautiful, with good places to eat and have a drink, local stores... Communication with Jev was easy and pleasant. :) Highly recommended for anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in the Montmartre district. Merci, ..we will come back ;)

Wir haben als kleine Familie (mit 1-jährigem Kind) ein paar schöne Tage in Lauras Apartment in Alfort bei Paris verbracht. Die Lage war ideal – in nur 6 Minuten ist man mit dem Zug im Zentrum von Paris. Das Apartment war perfekt für uns: sauber, gut ausgestattet (v.a. die Küche) und angenehm minimalistisch eingerichtet – ideal mit einem Kind, das gerade Laufen lernt und gerne Dinge vom Tisch zieht. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen. Danke, Laura!

Man kan bli avskräckt av priset, men bli inte det. Jämfört med ett lyxhotell så är det här mycket bättre. Exceptionellt på alla vis! Jag kan verkligen rekommendera detta för en romantiskt och avslappnande vistelse.

Isabelle ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin bei der man sich direkt wohlfühlt. Das liebevolle und gemütlich eingerichtete Häuschen ist bestens ausgestattet, es lädt zum verweilen auf der Terrasse im Grünen ein. Die Entfernung in die Stadt ist wirklich schnell und einfach zurückgelegt. Wir könne einen Aufenthalt bei Isabelle wärmstens empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour malgré la météo qui nous a empêché de profiter de la jouissance du jardin. Première impression à l'entrée du logement, un ensemble moderne, fonctionnel et surtout d'une propreté irréprochable. Nous recommandions vivement et si besoin, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Corinne thank you for an outstanding stay! the home was beautiful, spacious and had great amenities! my husband loves sitting outside so the outside garden with seating area was perfect! my family loved our stay, 2 min walk to the train station made getting around Paris very convenient. restaurants and shopping mall 10 mins walk was also a great plus. we will be visiting Paris again next year and will plan to stay again at your beautiful home. thanks!

This house is too beautiful to be real. Design is cured in all details with high end kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need. A true gem in Montrouge which will leave you speechless upon entrance. Jacuzzi and Amam area makes you feel in a luxury spa. Host is very responsive and helpful. so far, one of the best stays ever experienced!

We loved our stay with Olga! She greeted all of our party as we arrived and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We were travelling with our 8 month old and she had organised a cot, highchair and toys which we were not expecting! The apartment was lovely, had all the amenities we needed with a local supermarket and a couple of delicious bakeries nearby. Local transport was walking distance and took about 30-45mins to get to most of the main attractions. Olga was extremely helpful and assisted us with our itinerary and travel plans. We can’t wait to go back!

My family and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Tarik's place, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, Tarik welcomed us with incredible warmth and a personal tour of the entire home, showing us each room and every amenity. Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. Eva has been a wonderful host She has been very flexible and always quick to respond to any questions. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Ich hatte eine großartige Erfahrung in der Unterkunft bei Sanaa in Créteil! Die Wohnung ist extrem sauber, sehr gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann wirklich bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht. Sanaa achtet sehr auf Sauberkeit und Komfort, was man sofort beim Betreten merkt. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich ihre unglaubliche Aufmerksamkeit: Während unseres Aufenthalts war es draußen sehr warm, und Sanaa hat uns ohne zu zögern einen Ventilator besorgt und persönlich vorbeigebracht – das war wirklich sehr zuvorkommend und zeigt, wie sehr ihr das Wohl ihrer Gäste am Herzen liegt. Ich kann diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen fünf Sterne sind absolut verdient! Wer eine zuverlässige, saubere und herzlich betreute Unterkunft in der Nähe von Paris sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Remco’s apartment was lovely - stylish yet comfy and also quiet while being in a cute and walkable neighborhood with plenty of great cafes and restaurants nearby! Remco himself was super responsive and kind. Definitely recommend!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Claire. L’appartement est spacieux, très confortable et très lumineux et il est très bien situé à Levallois à côté du métro Anatole France (ligne 3). Nous recommandons !

This place is a 10/10. Marie is super communicative met us upon check in and gave us a tour of the apartment going through everything we needed to know. The locations is beautiful and peaceful but very close to shops and local amenities in a short walking distance. The apartment was very clean and tidy

Nous avons absolument adoré notre séjour à The TeRRACE ! L’appartement était spacieux, joliment meublé et impeccablement propre. La climatisation était un vrai plus pendant les journées chaudes, et la terrasse privée était l’endroit idéal pour se détendre après avoir exploré la ville. L’emplacement était parfait — à quelques pas de la tour Eiffel, avec de très bons restaurants et commerces à proximité. Il était également situé à quelques minutes à pied du réseau de transports en commun, ce qui nous a permis de nous déplacer facilement dans tout Paris. C’était vraiment tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour notre séjour à Paris. Nous recommandons vivement!
