This small studio is warm and filled with lots of little bits of history. It is quite central, bright overlooking the rooftops of Paris and optimized with a double bed that rises to the ceiling. It has all the amenities because it is inhabited outside of rental periods and I leave the basics for cooking, hygiene, wifi, etc. Passionate about theater, sports and culture, I would be happy to recommend a place or a play to see.

The apartment has two big advantages. It has parking inside the building and a balcony with a spectacular view onto Sacre Coeur. The smokers can smoke on the balcony. If you are two people who do not want to sleep in one bed I have an extra bed.
