Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in 19th arrondissement

Ocean's apartment is very special, beautifully decorated and with lots of charm. We enjoyed our four days there.

Ein sehr schönes Appartement, in dem für alles gesorgt ist: von der Bettwäsche und den Handtüchern, über Geschirrspültabs und Reinigungsmittel bis hin zu Kaffee und einigen grundlegenden Gewürzen. Ideal für einen Kurzurlaub, da man nicht alles erst kaufen muss! Allerdings ist die Wohnung mit Waschmaschine, Trockner, Gefriertruhe usw. so gut ausgestattet, dass sie sich auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt hervorragend eignet!

우리는 지난 3박동안 최고의 집에서 최고의 시간을 보냈다고 생각합니다. 먼저 집의 위치와 내부시설이 너무 훌륭했습니다. 집은 조용하고 쾌적했으며, 주위에 식당과 마켓이 많이 있어서 아주 좋았습니다. 거실을 비롯한 내부의 모든 인테리어도 프렌치 스타일이어서 정말로 파리에 온 느낌을 받았습니다. 가전 및 주방시설도 최고였습니다. 두번째로 호스트가 직접 우리를 만나서 친절하게 집에 대해 설명해 주어서 감동을 받았습니다. 문을 여는 방법, 주방시설 사용 방법, 가전용품 사용법등등 집의 사용 설명에 대한 완벽한 가이드였습니다. 특히 무료로 제공받은 웰컴와인은 정말 맛이 있었습니다. 세번째로, 서재에 있는 레코드와 cd 소리 너무 좋았습니다. 오래된 레코드판을 들으면서 옛 감성에 빠졌고, 특히 바하, 마리아 칼라스, 에디뜨 피아쁘의 음악은 최고였습니다. 모든 것이 따뜻하고 안락했으며, 마치 내집처럼 편안히 쉬고 가는 느낌입니다. 다음에 파리에 오면 꼭 다시 올 생각입니다. 다시 한번 좋은 집을 빌려 주셔서 감사드립니다.

Hanne is a very kind and responsive host. Nicely decorated appartment right next to the beautiful park of Buttes-Chaumont, interior exactl as described in the kisting. Markets, bakery, cafe and very decent restaurants within walking distance. Very quiet neighborhood, still - if you wish - only 30 min walk from Gare de l'Est. Also plenty of choice regarding public transportation. Thank you, Hanne, for having us!

Hele fijne en grote ruimte, mooi ingericht en rustig door de binnenplaats. Heel prettige communicatie met Frédéric. En super dat hij veel tips voor restaurants en bezoenswaardigheden geeft. Tip: huur fietsen bij café Le Peloton (neem de telefoonhouder erbij en vraag om fietsverlichting).

We just returned home from a 5-night stay. We were not aware when we booked that the apartment is in a locked and gated complex. We loved that and felt very safe there. The Metro station is a short walk and there is easy access for Uber to pick you up. The apartment has a very nice porch/balcony. We sat out there a lot. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. The only thing missing was a microwave. The dishwasher, washing machine and dryer are all in French. I used Google Translate camera to understand the settings. We were very happy to have all the appliances. There were plenty of towels, toilet paper and other needed items. Apt is comfortable and updated. Louis was an amazing host. When we contacted him, he always responded right away. He was polite and very kind at each interaction. The neighborhood is quiet (by French standards). There are good restaurants within walking distance and two markets about 2 blocks away. One is Kosher. We would stay there again!

One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. Location was ideal: quiet, safe, and close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Every detail was carefully thought out, from fast Wi-Fi to clear instructions and labeled amenities. It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to cleanliness and guest comfort was outstanding. We were so impressed by how much care went into making our stay perfect. The townhome was perfect for my family of four. We could all spread out on the three levels. The place was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed eating at restaurants a short walk from the townhome. There are grocery stores nearby as well. We took the metro all over Paris and had a very enjoyable trip! The host was super communicative and allowed us to leave our bags there before checkin. We are very happy with our choice and would stay there again. Merci !!

Das beste AirBnb aller Zeiten! Schöner als auf den Bildern, toller Service (da U.S. er Auto so groß war, wurde uns auf der Straße ein Parkplatz freigehalten), top modern, auf Nachrichten wurde sofort reagiert und unterstützt, es war sogar Grillkohle für den Grill bereitgestellt! 5 min zur Metro M11, 3 min zum Böcker oder Auchan Supermarkt. Wenn mal wieder Paris zu acht, dann nur in dieses Haus. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt

J aurai aimé garder l adresse secrète ….Un véritable bijou caché à Paris. Ce petit duplex est sans doute l’un des Airbnbs les plus surprenants que j’aie pu découvrir : un lit d’un confort exceptionnel, un aménagement raffiné, des finitions haut de gamme, et un charme fou. L’accueil a été tout simplement inoubliable : un bouquet de roses fraîches, une bouteille de champagne, des croissants chaque matin, sans oublier toutes les attentions pour mon chien — tout y est pensé dans les moindres détails. Face au jardin du Luxembourg , avec des pâtisseries, des restaurants et des lieux mythiques à deux pas, un bus devant la porte, et tout Paris à bicyclette… On se sent immédiatement parisien, avec l’envie irrésistible de le devenir pour toujours. Ce nid est si agréable qu’on ne veut plus en sortir. Et pourtant, je viens d’un petit paradis en Floride. C’est dire…

Il est rare de trouver un logement aussi calme dans Paris… Dans un environnement préservé, un petit écrin de verdure que nous avons largement apprécié ! Je n’ai aucune remarque négative à donner : tout était parfait, très bonne literie, rangé, décoré avec goût … on s’y sent comme chez soi ! Et quel bonheur de prendre le soleil dans le petit jardinet … je recommande vivement ! À bientôt sans aucun doutes !!!

Pierre was an incredible host! The private Villa was inside a gated historic community. You immediately feel safe and are in awe, of the cozy space. Inside the sixth District, which was close to everything we wanted to see while visiting Paris the Metro was only a six minute walk, restaurants and cafés abundantly located nearby. Pierre went the extra mile to allow us early entrance and had us picked up from the airport. I would recommend this beautiful space to anyone I know. Pierre was readily available to answer. All questions in his hospitality was top notch.. Thank you for letting us visit. We look forward to future stays. Merci Beaucoup.

Prachtig en rustig appartement vlak bij de metro, Gare du Nord en Gare de l’est. Bakker en supermarkt in de straat en nog veel meer winkels en restaurants om de hoek. Het appartement is echt heel leuk en mooi, perfect voor een grotere groep of, zoals bij ons, voor een groot gezin. Je zit in een leuke wijk met vooral veel Indiase winkels, ook echt Parijs dus! Op straat is er leven, maar eenmaal binnen is het stil en privé. Vincent is snel en flexibel en we hebben het er erg leuk gehad.

Eléonore was a super host, very responsive and helpful. The location was great, 20 minutes walk to the metro and other amenities such as restaurants and parks. Would recommend.

Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

Wir (zwei Familien) mit zwei Kindern (1&2 Jahre) waren bei Mehdi Zuhause. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und es war auch Kinderfreundlich. Es ist eine super Lage und vom Ausblick brauchen wir gar nicht zu sprechen. Vielen dank für alles 🥰 Kleiner Tipp, einen Mülleimer mehr im Badezimmer wäre toll 😉

Hier gibt es nicht viel zu sagen. Sowohl die Wohnung als auch François waren einfach spitze. Selten habe ich einen Vermieter wie ihn kennen gelernt, der so schnell auf Fragen reagiert hat, allgemein alles so perfekt vorbereitet hat und proaktiv nach fragte, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir waren rund um zufrieden.

We had a great stay at Siam’s place! The apartment is conveniently located near Gare du Nord and Gare de L’Est, which made it easy to get to after traveling into the city center from CDG. Siam and Morgane were kind enough to let us drop our bags off early while we went and explored in the city. The apartment itself was plenty of space for the three of us.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Christelles und Smails Wohnung. Die Nähe zu Paris war perfekt. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln war man innerhalb 30 Minuten im Zentrum von Paris. Gerne wieder!

The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions.
