Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

Kaltrina's place was great to stay in. Close to public transport, and the night bus. There is an Aldi and Bakery near by. The area appeared a little off the beaten path, it was very local with few tourists around, which added to the local feel of the place. Highly recommend!

One of the most beautiful Airbnb’s I have ever stayed at! So calming, cool and stylish. And big! Everything is there, yet the space is so zen and quiet. Great pizza just a few steps away, a comfy bed and lovely couch to chill out on. In a very cute area of Paris with a street with lots of nice restaurants and a good deli. We will be back!

Quiet, private location in the middle of a really special neighborhood. Easy to get to everything and so many amazing places within walking distance. So much great art, museums, food and shopping. Great views of the city nearby as well. The space is incredible, even better than the pictures. Everything is very high quality and all you might need and more is ready for you. It was quiet at night and the bed is comfortable. As amazing as the location are, the host is even better! Isabel made us feel at home. She is proactive and thoughtful with her communication even before arrival. She spent time ensuring we had a great visit. We loved interacting with her and she is an extraordinary host. If this place is available- book it!

Dale and Gilles' accommodation is like a small island of tranquility in the metropolis of Paris. It is lovingly furnished, very well equipped (among other things, there was also coffee, tea and a few snacks in the refrigerator), you feel right at home. The location is also very convenient, with the metro line 9 you can quickly get to the center of Paris. Dale and Gilles were wonderful hosts, they allowed us to check in earlier, greeted us in person and gave us great tips on restaurants. We were happy to stay with Dale and Gilles and will definitely come back! Thank you for the great days with you! :)

First, hands down the best location. You are literally right across the street from the louvre where the pyramid entrance is. Second Rod is such an attentive host and helpful with anything you ask. If you arrive earlier than check-in, he has a location for you to store your luggage right away, so you can continue on your day without lugging you stuff around. A sweet welcome with water and treats when you arrive at the apartment. The apartment is very private and perfect for a couple. Described exactly as listed. Has everything you will need for you stay. And there is even one more wonderful surprise, that I’ll let you be surprised once you arrive.

Laurent has truly been a great host. A real friendly person who will make sure that you have the most comfortable stay at his property. During my time at his place, the weather was very hot, Laurent’s first thought was to ask if I would like a fan to which a graciously accepted. He and his family are very warm and friendly people and would recommend anyone to stay here whilst visiting Paris.

This home was absolutely phenomenal and I would love to return. We have a young child and it was amazing to enjoy drinks on the terrace (or living area with the french doors open) and experience the night life while she slept. It felt like it was the center of so many excellent experiences - shopping, dining, landmarks, etc. It felt like an absolute treat. The home was very spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed and we even cooked a couple meals at home. There was a full sized fridge and separate washer/dryer units. For knowledge, we felt the primary bedroom was the front bedroom with a separated bathroom and the secondary bedroom was the back bedroom with the ensuite bathroom, but it was all very comfortable and we had no complaints. A fun surprise/luxury was being able to control every light the bedrooms from either side of the bed. Can't say enough good things about this home.

Anne’s place was absolutely perfect in every way— excellent location, beautiful, well-kept and personal apartment. Anne and Antoine were very responsive, friendly and kind. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Lea is a fantastic host, she’s very friendly and responsive. The accomodation is perfect for solo travellers - safe, has cooking facilities and is close distance from metro, shops, restaurants and attractions.

I was most impressed by all aspects of my stay at this wonderful split level studio. The place is warm and homely and comfortable. Great location for a variety of different restaurants. Easy access to two different Metro lines and Gare du Nord is also easily accessible by foot. It is a central location with many small local shops, antique stores, bakeries and restaurants around. Alban was very responsive, friendly and offered helpful tips. His English is very good so it was easy to communicate with him. Initially, we found the lock a bit tricky, so be sure to test it out first. It is located up one flight of stairs, but Alban was more than willing to help carry our bags up. It was clean, beds were comfortable, sitting area was nice with some cool decorations. The 1 bedroom had blackout drapes. The 2 other beds are in the living room. 2 full baths (1 with a very nice shower.) The location was great and felt safe, walking distance to The Louvre, Notre Dame, The Siene, and many cafes. Alban let me keep my luggage in the unit while I toured on the last day, and then he carried my bag downstairs, waited with me for the Uber, which couldn't find the place, so he ran with me around corner to get a taxi. Over and above! Merci, Alban! I recommend and would return.

You left this apartment. Great central location, near multiple metro stops. For a small studio apartment it was very well laid out and the clothes closet was surprisingly large. Air conditioning worked great. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Paris. The elevator is a bonus.

Etienne's flat is beautiful and made me feel very welcomed. His moderne decor and great use of space felt very comfortable and warm. The view from the balconies were quintessentially Parisian and the tre chic Le Marais neighborhood is charming and full of boutiques and cafes. The location is perfect I will definitely be returning again. Albeit, it is a 5 floor walk-up to the flat, the beautiful interior of the stairs made the walk up and down quite remarkable. Love the timeless French architecture. You will love his apartment.

Anne’s place is just as she describes (think Emily in Paris vibes 😊). It’s a cute little apartment, great for solo/couple. Has all the amenities you would need for a comfortable stay and is steps away from metro station which makes it super convenient to access all of Paris! I had the best time there and would definitely come back again. Thank you Anne for the lovely stay and recommendations to go around!

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

I had a wonderful stay at Vincent’s place. Small but efficient. Always had my breakfast at home. It was wonderful to have the balcony and the wonderful view of Paris and many landmarks as well. Getting to and from the apartment on foot or using metro was very easy. Vincent was very communicative and welcoming. A friend of his welcomed me on my arrival and showed me around the apartment. I was very comfortable and felt safe. I certainly would return to Vincent’s place when I return to Paris.😁❤️ I felt at home and relaxed. Thank you so much. Hope to see you again soon.

This is our second time staying in Christine’s apartment, it felt like coming home again! The apartment itself is light & airy, quite & centrally located to many touristy locations or just a short Metro ride away. The small kitchen has all the basics needed for short stays but you’re close to many fantastic cafes & coffee shops that you’ll likely not even use it like us. It was handy to whip up some nibble boxes for our picnics on the Seine though. Christine is lovely, very responsive & helpful. Highly recommend.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Marie was a great host, communicated well and gave excellent instructions in good time. The flat was perfect for a sightseeing base, good price and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again and recommend for others 🤩

We had a wonderful stay at Sophie’s house. The house is big, very clean, and had everything we needed. It’s in a perfect area, full of restaurants, so there’s always something to do. Even though the neighborhood is lively, the house is quiet and peaceful inside. You can also walk to all the main places in the city, which was very convenient. The host was great — friendly and always ready to help if we had any questions. She even let us check-in early and check-out later than the scheduled time. That made the whole experience even better. We really loved everything about this place and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
