In the very heart of Paris, stay in this beautiful, newly refurbished flat with wifi, with stunning new design, situated on the 1st floor of an old typical Parisian building near the Porte Saint Denis. There are 2 bedrooms, an enormous shower room. The open plan kitchen, in the large living room with a sofa bed for 2, is fully equipped. 3 big windows make the place a very bright flat, in a vibrant area with restaurants, specialty food stores, street markets: everything that Paris is famous for.

The apartment is 1 minute walk from Saint Eustache Church and the famous vibrant market street rue Montorgueil. The Louvre Museum and the Islands (Île de la Cité with Notre Dame) are less than a 10 minute walk. In other words, you can not be more central than in my apartment! Closest metro stations are Les Halles, Louvre-Rivoli and Sentier. Apartment size is 85 sq meters or 915 sq feet.

As it's in the middle of the 1st arrondissement, the most central in the city, 10-20 minutes walking can get you to a lot of different areas, as well as the 9 metro lines (all 5 mins away).

Il a été refait à neuf en 2023 par une célèbre architecte et donc très bien agencé avec des équipements de très haut standing. Vous y serez comme dans une suite d’hôtel avec le charme en plus, d’un vrai logement parisien.
