Smoking friendly holiday rentals in 2nd arrondissement

Lovely atypical AirBnb - no monochrome here, just carefully chosen colours and furniture giving it a very interesting and homely vibe. Everything we could have wanted for our stay. Super massive fluffy bath sheets, very comfortable beds and seating in the salon area. Denis was particularly patient on our arrival time which was 3 hours late due to a Eurostar issue. The area is interesting and although near very busy streets, it's really quiet and peaceful - but has lots of individual shops, cafes and restaurants very nearby, including the Sunday bric a brac market in Rue des Martyrs. Could have stayed twice as long - next time !

Alexandra’s apartment was charming, clean, well lit, and beautifully decorated. Check in was easy and my host was responsive and helpful throughout my trip. My visit was wonderful. I highly recommend!

Great location, we saved a lot of time on transport. All the main attractions are within walking distance.

Fabulous little apartment in the heart of Montmartre. We had a lovely stay, exploring Paris. It was also quite special for us that this was somebody’s home as opposed to a cookie cutter IKEA decorated soulless apartment like so many other Air bnb are these days. We had a lovely meal at the cous cous restaurant opposite and I was particularly excited to have a gluten free croissant from the gluten free bakery a few minutes walk away. We would definitely return.

We have stayed in the 1st Arr several times now and this was by far the best. The view from the apartment is so lovely. The apartment is so charming, interesting art, lovely books, beautiful furniture. Richard was great about checking in before and during our stay. Always nice to have such a hospitable host. Steps from the Louvre, easy distance to Notre Dame and Saint Chapelle. Short walk to multiple different metro stations and close to Bus 69 for a scenic drive to the Eiffel Tower. My favorite thing close by is of course the used book stores along the Seine. Great restaurants near by: Maslow (make a reservation), and Milo Pizza....delicious! Would stay there again in a heartbeat. If it is available I would 100% recommend! Thanks Richard for an amazing stay!!

Enjoyed our stay for a few days in Paris. Sacha was responsive and helpful. Had everything we needed!

I stayed at this flat for 4 days. The flat itself is located very well in Montmatre which is an absoulte beautiful area in Paris. The surrounding, especially the side the sleeping room is turned to, is very quiet considering the central location. I could sleep with an open window without any problem. The flat is very clean, very nicely furnished and has two very cute balconies, which are turned to the road and very romantic to sit on :-) The bathroom is slightly special as you shower pretty much in the middle of your bathroom, but after getting used to that idea it functions perfectly without any issue. The provided towels were large and very clean, so were the bedsheets. The bed is rather on the soft side and located in a very comfy corner underneath a window you can turn dark completely. Beautiful place to sleep! The instructions how to get into and out of the flat at the end were very clear and easy to follow. Overall i can 100% recommend this AirBNB. Everything about it is perfect!

One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

Accommodation rented for 4 days/3 nights for 4 people for a professional event at Porte de Versailles. Listing matches photos. The 3 individual bedrooms are a plus among colleagues. Housing located in a semi-basement, so it was cool inside even with 34 degrees outside during the day. Pleasant terrace, and quiet street. Yohan and his team were very welcoming and responsive when we had questions. We will certainly rent this accommodation again for a future show if it is available!

Thoroughly enjoyed staying in this spacious home. Felt very safe and everything was within a 5 minute walk.

We had a great weekend with the girls, clean and a great jacuzzi! Yasmine was very kind with the schedules! We'll be back :)

A big thank you to Yacine, loved the place, checking in was easy Yacine met us on arrival, all prior communication with Yacine was fast, great to have private parking. And Yacine was on hand if we needed anything, 5/10 minute walk to various restaurants, would definitely visit again.

Our stay for the weekend was great. This is a lovely place! Very big, very clean and fully accomodated. The host is very friemdly and very helpful. Parking in the neighbourhood is free, however crowded and streets are small. We fully recommend this house!

It was excellent, the area is very quiet, quiet neighbors. At first, the building gives you the impression of being abandoned, but inside the apartment everything changes. The apartment has the necessary amenities for the stay. My family and I were very happy. Linda recommended a subway app that was super useful, we always arrived at the apartment excellent.

Françoise is a great host and responded to our messages very quickly. We were a little disapointed with the apartment as it is a little run down. But the place was still quite comfortable. Thank you Françoise.

The apartment was as expected and perfectly meet our needs. The location was amazing near the town square with lots of cute shops and restaurants! Gérald was super responsive and accommodating as our original plans got messed up. Much appreciation to Gérald!

A gem of a place and a gem of a host The location is in the heart of the Marais but the apartment was quiet. Jeremy went beyond the call of duty to help us out with our arrival and departure- meeting us upon arrival with fruit from the local morning market.

Fleury was quick to respond to messages, met us at the entrance and showed us the apartment. It had everything we needed and is in a good and quiet neighbourhood and very close to the metro (M14). The whole experience was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to stay close to the metro and in a quiet neighbourhood.
