Splendid terrace magnificent view

Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

Loft en plein coeur de Paris

This 67 m2 loft has been fully renovated by a French architect. The high ceilings with wooden beams and the waxed concrete floor make it unique. It is located in Montorgueil – Marais (hyper center of Paris) in a very safe pedestrian area. The location is ideal; everything is very close and easy to access on foot and the best served metro station in Paris (Chatelet-les-Halles) is 5 minutes away. It is located on the 1st floor (no elevator) on the courtyard side, very quiet and cool in summer.

This is a lovely loft apartment, the tall windows and roof windows create a beautiful bright space. The bed is huge and very comfortable and the apartment is well equipped. The location is ideal for sightseeing. Incredibly close to RER but also walkable 25 minutes into central Paris. The bakery opposite has wonderful bread and fabulous cake - try the paris brest! We loved early mornings in the Jardin du Luxembourg. Benoit’s communication and helpfulness about everything to do with our trip was fantastic. He booked a restaurant for our first evening and even rearranged the time when the Eurostar was held up and it was difficult to make the reservation on time. A great few days and a comfortable safe place to stay.

An absolute delight to stay in Carole's art-filled and art-infused space. Amazing location, clean and comfortable. Carole was wonderfully helpful and flexible with checking in and out of the space. Although I only made a fleeting one night stay, top of my list for a return visit! Highly recommend.

It was a pleasant stay in Paris, thanks to Gigliola. I was really fond of the neighborhood — quiet, beautiful, with many cozy places and parks nearby, and no crowds of tourists. The host was very attentive and gave us helpful recommendations during our stay. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. Just one note: my husband and I had an allergy reaction in the apartment for the first time in our lives. It was a bit unpleasant, but it didn’t affect our vacation too much.

This accommodation was a charming apartment in the 5th arrondissement of Paris. The bed and furniture were comfortable and galley kitchenette had everything we needed to make our breakfast. The surrounding neighborhood has many wonderful restaurants and shops, and the Place Monge metro stop is just a short walk away. We highly recommend this apartment without any reservations.

Paris le Marais: beautiful apartment for two

Laurence’s place, an oasis of tranquillity right next to the Place des Vosges, is in my favourite neighbourhood—the Marais—brimming with the chicest boutiques and outstanding bistrots and restaurants. The flat is beautifully designed and truly feels like a home away from home. Laurence is unfailingly responsive and considerate. We’ll definitely return if we visit Paris again.
