Apartment holiday rentals in 6th arrondissement

We loved our stay at Louis’ apartment. The apartment itself is very well kept and everything is clean and beautiful. Lots of unique and interesting touches. The lift was extremely helpful with our luggage and it worked very well. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Louis was an ideal host. He was extremely accommodating and provided us with prompt assistance whenever we needed it. The area around the apartment in the sixth is charming and anything you need is very close by. Wonderful cafés and restaurants and there is a supermarket just one block away. Almost everything is within walking distance, and Uber does come right to the apartment if necessary. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Louis’ apartment again.

The apartment was immaculate and as advertised. The balcony overlooks the park across the street and Le Bon Marche! There’s also a Metro station across the street which we used on several occasions. All in all this location was perfect for seeing all the sights and we would highly recommend it! Thanks to our hosts.

Vincent’s place is perfectly located as a home base to explore all of Paris. It is out of the heaviest tourist traffic, even though it is so central. Stylish and comfortable with good street views but not too much noise. Vincent is an incredibly kind and responsive host.

The apartment was well appointed and the location was perfect.

Xavier's place is in the heart of Paris. With a peek of our heads out one window, we had a view of the Eiffel Tower and out another window, the Musee D'Orsay. The D'Orsay is an easy couple of blocks away. On the same block or two are a number of restaurants, small shops, bakery, and a couple of cafe's. Quiet street away from the hustle and bustle of Paris, but a close walk to all the sights. Xavier's place had everything we needed and felt wonderful and cozy to return to at the end of a long day taking in Paris' sights. Xavier took care to show us around his place and how everything worked. We would absolutely stay there again after a wonderful first visit to Paris.

Natalia’s beautiful apartment was a perfect base for our time in Paris. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated; close to so many great restaurants and the Luxembourg gardens; and Natali was an extremely responsive and friendly host. Couldn’t have asked for more! Will definitely be back :)

Charles and Alex were very responsive communicators and came back quickly with answers to any questions we had. The area was a good mix of local shops and well known sites like the Pantheon, Luxembourg Gardens and the student are of the Quartier Latin. Although only a short walk to the Seine and Notre Dame it felt like a proper neighbourhood. The Marais and St Germain seem to have lost their soul and were very busy in comparison. Altogether a good apartment in a good location. Try to find a 50m2 hotel room for the same price would be impossible.

I have rented apartments in Paris and in the South of France for ten years, always for about a stay of one month. Carole's apartment was a stand-out and I loved everything about my stay there. I have already rented it for a month next year. The apartment is lovely-it looks just like the photos and feels spacious enough for a long-time stay. Everything worked well, the apartment was thoughtfully well-supplied for a long stay, and the bed was very comfortable. The apartment was incredibly quiet. Carole is a wonderful host. My early arrival went very smoothly and Carole explained well how everything works in the apartment. She is a very personable, welcoming, efficient and accommodating host. Cleaning service was done well. I always stay in St-Germain-des-Pres as it feels the most archetypically Paris. The Metro and RER stations are a few minutes walk. Lots of everyday stores, eg, grocery, pharmacy. Lots of restaurants, cafes-my friends in Paris usually come over by me. Thank you, Carole!

We have rented numerous apartments in Paris, particularly in the Saint Germain des Pres area. This 17 day stay was by far the best. We will return when available. We also want to caution others that, in our experience, some previous reviewer comments were inaccurate. E.g. that cupboards were stripped bare, no basic amenities, no instruction manuals, etc. Those undoubtedly came from guests who made no effort to find or understand the amenities. E.g. each individual appliance had a manual, an owner's notebook of history, amenities and contacts, a pantry cabinet, large fridge and freezer, etc. However, we felt there were two areas for improvement. First, pre-check in questions were answered by AI bots that only spit out boilerplate and, at one time, referenced a different property all together. Second, the WC floor caulking and walls had not been dusted or wiped down in months. But once checkin time arrived, real humans sent timely, helpful, personalized messages, much appreciated.

I took my 5-year-old on a little trip to Paris and this place was great for us. Great location, close to the RER B stop , the luxemburg gardens and several good restaurants and coffee shops. Its also walkable to Notre Dame. We took the double decker Toot Bus everywhere and it had a stop right by Notre Dame. The apartment was clean and well layed out. The kitchen was small but had all the essentials. Overall great stay!

The hosts were so kind and very flexible with check in and check out, held our bags for us before our evening flight, and even helped us carry our bags up and down all the stairs. It’s in a perfect location in St. Germain, a ton of bars and restaurants, and right next to the beautiful Saint Sulpice. It is on the fourth floor though, so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues. Thank you, Julie and Scott for a wonderful stay!

Jean-Christophe was a great host! Very responsive and supportive during my luggage delay issue. Several restaurants close by, along with train/metro stations. Montparnasse tower is right around the corner that has a great view from the rooftop of all of Paris including the Eiffel Tower. Enjoyed my stay (regardless of not having my luggage haha!)

Alexis was very helpful before arrival and quick to respond. Aubrey welcomed us and worked hard to make certain the apartment was ready upon arrival. The location was outstanding. The apartment is unique and has a lot of light and great blackout blinds, when needed. The skylight in the bedroom was extra nice. We really enjoyed the multiple balcony views looking out at the Louvre and both directions up and down Rue de Rivoli. The upstairs bedroom would be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. The shower was nice and spacious. At the time of our stay there was only a handheld shower, but it wasn't a problem for us. There were many restaurant options within a short distance. It was easy to catch a taxi at the nearby hotel Regina. We would highly recommend staying in this apartment.

Sophie é muito atenciosa, alem de se comunicar rápido, auxilia em tudo que é preciso com generosidade! Montrouge é um lugar simpático, é facil chegar ao centro de Paris! O apartamento fica a cerca de 10 minutos da estação de metro e há 3 min da paragem de bus. Há bastante comércio e sente-se segurança ao caminhar pra casa. O espaco de Sophie é ótimo! É espacoso para os padrões de Paris, tanto o espaco da sala/cozinha quanto o quarto são muito confortaveis, dorme-se bem mesmo no sofá cama. A cereja do bolo foi a jacizzi que oferce um conforto muito agradável, as instalações sao novas e muito linpas. As toalhas e os lencóis tambem sao novos! Tudo impecável! A cozinha é bem equipada. A varanda estava em obras, certamente vai ficar muito bonita em breve! Com certeza voltaremos para aproveita-la! obrigada.

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Thank you for a lovely stay. The apartment is in a great location for exploring the city with some great local restaurants just round the corner. Our hosts were always quick to answer any questions we had. The baggage storage was very useful and easy to use on both the check in day and check out day so we weren’t carrying heavy bags around. The kitchen was well equipped and very clean. We used all three beds including a very comfy fold down bed in the living room, it was so nice to stay somewhere with comfy bed pillows and Aircon! I will be highly recommending this apartment and hope to stay again.

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

Xavier’s apartment was perfect, right in the centre of Paris on the serene Île de Saint Louis. There were bakeries and coffee shops within a few minutes’ walk. It was easy to get to the sights of Paris but felt calm and restful. The apartment was well furnished and spotless. The stocked coffee machine was a great treat. All in all this was a perfect base from which to explore Paris, and a lovely home to return to.

Our family of 5 loved our stay! Mawei’s apartment is so fun and unique, and in a great location. We’ll definitely book again when we’re back in Paris!

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.
