Splendid terrace magnificent view

Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

The apartment was newly renovated at the beginning of 2022 ,with a 20-square-meter interior. It includes a small kitchen, a double bed, heating, an electric fan, hot water, a washing machine, a refrigerator, a hairdryer, an iron, a kettle, an induction cooker, a coffee machine.A 2-minutes walk will take you to the Champ de Mars, with a view of the Eiffel Tower. The nearby Ecole Militaire metro station (Line 8),and there's also the RER C line directly to the Palace of Versailles.

Cosy, quiet flat with a unique view on the Eiffel Tower. The flat is located within a private alley, on the 7th floor (with elevator) of the building. The flat is my own home and I rent it while I’m away. It is newly refurbished, has 1 bedroom, 1 kitchen/living room, a bathroom and separated toilets. Just outside is a lively neighbourhood with plenty of shops, restaurants right around the corner. The Eiffel Tower is a 5min walk, 3 metro lines 7min away. Very central.

Completely renovated in March 2020 with quality materials and furniture, well-equipped. And of course a very nice terrace to relax, have breakfast in the sun! The location is just wonderful! Two metro stations serving 3 lines are only 5-7 minutes walk away. Thanks to Pascal's amazingly detailed and illustrated instructions, it was quite easy to find. The room is small, but clean and tidy. It has many things that will make your stay comfortable: microwave, kettle, fridge, fan, iron and even an ironing board. And even an umbrella :) The bathroom and toilet are shared, but I did not suffer from it. My special thanks to Pascal and Corinne for their friendliness and hospitality.

The inside of the accommodation is also clean and everything is good, but above all, the terrace view is really amazing. The Eiffel Tower looks much bigger than the picture! You can take a bus from the bus stop right in front of the accommodation to most tourist attractions, and there are many grocery stores nearby. The Italian restaurant right next to the accommodation is also the most delicious ever! I highly recommend this accommodation!!

An absolute delight to stay in Carole's art-filled and art-infused space. Amazing location, clean and comfortable. Carole was wonderfully helpful and flexible with checking in and out of the space. Although I only made a fleeting one night stay, top of my list for a return visit! Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful apartment. Sunny and warm during the day and quiet at night. A great space for two with a fully useful kitchen in a fantastic section of Paris. Easy walk to the center of St Germain. The hosts are very communicative and easy to reach. Check in was flawless and professional. Even a welcome gift of wine! Everything was just as described. Helpful recommendations for local shops were very accurate. This is a great find and the hosts are wonderful and welcoming.
