Apartment holiday rentals in 7th arrondissement

We were surprised that there was no bedroom door, as its absence is not clear from the photos. Of course Sena and Arman can't control the neighbors, but if loud late-night noises bother you, you should know that we did experience that during four of five nights (some people will not be bothered by this; some will). We did not have any contact with Sena, but Arman couldn't have been more responsive, kind, friendly, and helpful. He's the perfect host.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend choosing this apartment. The location was convenient and located on a quiet neighborhood street with many small, locally owned food shops whose proprietors were very friendly. The unit was immaculate, updated and the views of the Eiffel Tower from the front and back terraces were incredible. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Filippo had his house manager Tim check us in. Tim was standing outside waiting for us when we walked up to show us in. It’s a bit of a haul up to the top floor and Tim was super helpful with our bags which I appreciate after traveling a long way. The elevator goes to the 5th floor and then Tim helped get the bags up the final flight to the top. Tim is a great guy and speaks very good English which was helpful. The view of the Eiffel Tower was unprecedented. It made our trip we watched it twinkle as a family every night. It was a life changing trip the the apartment contributed to it. Be careful in hotter months. Amazing for a family of 4.

A really great spot to conveniently walk to all the big sites! It was fun to be a short distance from the Seine and so many iconic spots. Our place felt comfortable and safe and we could see the top of the Eiffel Tower from our balcony. Our hosts were friendly and very helpful and supported us while we were in town. We highly recommend!

They say that location is everything and this is so true in the case of Dan’s apartment. A typically French apartment building with views of the Seine and the Eiffel Tower and lots of good cafes and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Also short walking distance to the Metro and RER. We enjoyed living the Parisian life for a couple of days! Recommend Comptoir Principe cafe for great breakfast and people watching. Á Bientot

My wife and I had a great long weekend stay here in a marvelous flat with a great balcony over the streets. Spacious for 2 adults and light and airy. Bed was comfy and kitchen very well equipped. Quiet at night yet moment's from the sights and attractions. Very safe around the area at night too on the walks home. Would thoroughly recommend.

Four adults and two kids stayed for five nights very comfortably at this gorgeous apartment. It's a very efficient and well designed space with everything we needed. We were very happy with amenities and thrilled that the dining room table allowed all 6 of us to eat together. It's a lovely neighborhood and very tranquil despite being so centrally located. It's best to watch your volume when walking in the outdoor arcade from the street entrance to the door of the flat as the neighbors also appreciate tranquility.

I stayed at this apartment for a month and had a wonderful time. It was beautifully decorated and had a lovely atmosphere. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of a lot of the major sites in Paris, as well as many shops, bars and restaurants. Matthieu was very helpful and responsive throughout.

My wife and I felt right at home at Toni's gorgeous flat on the river! Walking distance to Eiffel tower, 10-15 minute walk away from some excellent cafes and boulangeries. Beautiful view of the Seine right in front and the Eiffel Tower to the right. Would love to come back again one day!

Laure was a fabulous host! She was so responsive and always helped us whenever we had questions on concerns. Our flight left Paris late in the day and she even allowed us to store our luggage. The apartment was very nice but super compact. We had 7 people in the unit and it was very difficult to move around the narrow hallways. There is also only 1 toilet which was difficult with so many people. Overall, would recommend this spot for families and groups that are okay being in more cramped spaces. Laure is great and the apartment is very clean and nice.

Difficile d être mieux placé rive gauche, au calme absolu. Très belle surface et volumes pour 2 à Paris. Literie confortable permettant un bon sommeil sans être gêné par la luminosité ambiante. L’appartement judicieusement aménagé est fonctionnel. Il offre tout le confort et plus pour une escapade parisienne. Une fois la terrasse réaménagée, ce sera une pépite. Y retournerai-je? Avec plaisir 😉

We had an incredibly memorable stay at this wonderful apartment! The view of Eiffel Tower was picture perfect and almost surreal, especially in the evening when it lights up. You can also spot the other landmarks (Tour d’Triomphe, Sacre Coeur, The Invalides), which was pretty cool! This apartment was perfect for our family of 4 (inc 2 kids under 5). Isabel organized a crib for us for the 1yo for a small extra charge which was helpful. Isabel was very communicative and always ready to answer any questions we had about the apartment and how things worked. In terms of the location, we were worried that it might be in the touristy area - but this apartment is very centrally located with easy walks to all the main attractions. There’s also a metro stop, grocery store, pharmacy all on the same street. We walked everywhere and really appreciated the location to do all our activities. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here & highly recommend - especially with that view!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Apartment was very tastefully designed and decorated. Loïc and Vincent were very proactive with their communication and the guide they shared was very helpful especially the recommendation for places to eat. Location was very convenient, just a few mins walk from the train station and very accessible to all the major sightseeing places. Place was well equipped with all the amenities as described. Wish we could stay here longer. Definitely one of the best holiday stays we’ve had.

Victor was an excellent host for my daughter and I. Very easy to check-in and check-out. The apartment was pristine and spacious. Even the pull-out sofa was comfortable. We loved the full kitchen and appliances. Having a drip coffee maker was a huge bonus for us being from the United States, that is what we use every morning. There is also a Nepresso machine. One of the greatest bonuses for us was having air conditioning while we where there - it was extremely hot during our stay and was such a treat coming back to a cool place to rest and relax. The location is amazing with lots of cafe's, markets, close to the river and really walkable everywhere. The cleaner came one day early, but Victor was responsive immediately and handled the situation very quickly. I highly recommend this Airbnb and look forward to coming back again.

Très bon séjour chez Arielle, appartement très bien situé, fonctionnel, simple d'accès et proche des transports en commun. A la fois proche de tout et loin des nuisances. Parfait pour un séjour à Paris où vous ne souhaitez pas manger au restaurant à tous les repas ! Arielle est très réactive, claire et accueillante.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Marais und in Zoes Appartement! Zoe war als Gastgeberin sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Appartement ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, super sauber, absolut charmant und liegt perfekt in einer kleinen Seitenstraße mitten im wunderschönen Marais umgeben von tollen Restaurants, Cafés und kleinen Läden. Alles in allem eine absolute Empfehlung! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

Loved the space. Smaller than what we thought & a very interesting place above a car auto shop. The space itself was very clean& fun. We took advantage of the sauna, jacuzzi& outdoor space. The only thing I hated was the shampoo…I felt like I couldn’t get clean because it left my hair all sticky. We also wanted more towels than we were given! Other than that we loved it and were glad to have a space away from the city.

Xavier’s apartment was perfect, right in the centre of Paris on the serene Île de Saint Louis. There were bakeries and coffee shops within a few minutes’ walk. It was easy to get to the sights of Paris but felt calm and restful. The apartment was well furnished and spotless. The stocked coffee machine was a great treat. All in all this was a perfect base from which to explore Paris, and a lovely home to return to.

The location of Mawei's apartment was perfect, right in the heart of the city! It was super convenient to get around and explore. The apartment was easy to self check-in and very clean. It was in a very quiet neighborhood while being only 20 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. Great bakeries and restaurants were within a couple minutes walk. We'd definitely stay here again!

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.

This is our second time staying at this place and we were just as happy this time as last time. We arrived in Paris in the morning and we were able to leave our bags in the apartment and then go out and spend the rest of the day in Paris before returning to formally check in later. We love the location since it’s within walking distance of many places and the metro station is literally across the street. We easily fit six people in the apartment. Having a bedroom with a separate bathroom was very nice since we let my wife’s parents use that and it gave them a bit of privacy while my kids took the pull out couch and my wife and I took the other bedroom. Everything was well equipped and we didn’t lack anything. Jay was also very responsive. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I’m traveling with a group larger than a couple people.
