One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The host was incredibly welcoming, communicative, and helpful, offering great local tips and thoughtful touches like a welcome note and snacks. The home was spotless, stylish, and fully equipped—from a comfy bed and soft linens to a well-stocked kitchen. We especially loved the cozy living area and peaceful ambiance. Location was ideal: quiet, safe, and close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Every detail was carefully thought out, from fast Wi-Fi to clear instructions and labeled amenities. It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to cleanliness and guest comfort was outstanding. We were so impressed by how much care went into making our stay perfect. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area—we left with beautiful memories and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

The townhome was perfect for my family of four. We could all spread out on the three levels. The place was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed eating at restaurants a short walk from the townhome. There are grocery stores nearby as well. We took the metro all over Paris and had a very enjoyable trip! The host was super communicative and allowed us to leave our bags there before checkin. We are very happy with our choice and would stay there again. Merci !!

5-Star We had an excellent stay at this beautiful property in Gagny. The home was spotless, tastefully decorated, and located in a quiet, residential area with quick access to Paris by train. One of the standout features for me was the quality of the bedding—the mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were soft, fresh, and clearly high-end. After long days exploring the city, it was such a pleasure to come back and get a truly restful night’s sleep. The host were responsive, and made check-in seamless. You can tell they genuinely care about creating a welcoming experience for their guests. I highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in the area!

J aurai aimé garder l adresse secrète ….Un véritable bijou caché à Paris. Ce petit duplex est sans doute l’un des Airbnbs les plus surprenants que j’aie pu découvrir : un lit d’un confort exceptionnel, un aménagement raffiné, des finitions haut de gamme, et un charme fou. L’accueil a été tout simplement inoubliable : un bouquet de roses fraîches, une bouteille de champagne, des croissants chaque matin, sans oublier toutes les attentions pour mon chien — tout y est pensé dans les moindres détails. Face au jardin du Luxembourg , avec des pâtisseries, des restaurants et des lieux mythiques à deux pas, un bus devant la porte, et tout Paris à bicyclette… On se sent immédiatement parisien, avec l’envie irrésistible de le devenir pour toujours. Ce nid est si agréable qu’on ne veut plus en sortir. Et pourtant, je viens d’un petit paradis en Floride. C’est dire…

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The apartment was fully equipped and very comfortable for our family of five — spacious, clean, and exactly as described. The neighborhood is quiet and family-oriented, which was perfect for us. We especially appreciated being so close to the M7 metro line, making it easy to explore the city. There’s also a great bakery and supermarket just a short walk away, which was incredibly convenient. Our host was friendly and responsive, and check-in was seamless. Highly recommended!

We spent three nights at Anne's place and loved the experience. Literally cannot think of a single complaint. The house was built in 1905 and it's clear that Anne has taken really good care of the place. Comfortable bedrooms and lots of spaces to hang out. The garden was beautiful. We would definitely return if we ever make it back to Paris!

Una vez en su casa ha estado atenta a cualquier necesidad que he podido tener, haciendo todo para que me sintiese como en casa. La casa esta totalmente equipada, con todo lo que se puede necesitar. Muy bien decorada y muy acogedora. Muy bien situada, a 10 m andando de la estación de tren y con autobuses a 2 m. El zona donde se encuentra es muy tranquila y segura. It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. It's so tempting to not give this place the review it deserves because I want it to be available for all my future visits to Paris, but Anne & Jean-Luc absolutely deserve all the accolades. This apartment is the quintessential Parisienne apartment you always imagined living it. Tucked away and quite but convenient to everything you want to see. Well appointed including decor imbued with family and building history but without feeling fragile or cluttered. Anne was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She offered luggage storage and provided her own family items to make sure my toddler felt at home. We truly felt at home, and my group regularly proclaimed it our favorite AirBNB we'd ever stayed at--we're already looking forward to future stays here. Thank you, Anne & Jean-Luc for the magical experience.

Maison bien adaptée à des groupes car beaucoup de chambres , ce qui est agréable. Le quartier est calme et il y a quelques commerces à proximité ce qui est très appréciable. Nous avons passé un bon moment chez Olivier

J'ai été très satisfait de mon séjour dans ce logement. L'appartement était conforme à la description et très propre. L'arrivée et le départ se sont déroulés sans aucun problème. Je recommande vivement cette location pour son excellent rapport qualité-prix. N'hésitez pas à réserver, vous ne serez pas déçu.

We enjoyed staying at the location. Very close to public transportation. We greatly enjoyed small neighborhood feel and absolutely loved restaurants in the neighborhood.

I loved my stay at Khadija's place! It was the perfect size for me, and I absolutely adored the view of the Eiffel Tower from the balcony (or bed). The neighborhood was safe and walkable, with tons of fun stuff to do nearby. I can't WAIT to return to Paris and will definitely be reserving Khadija's apartment again when I do. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Perfect location! It's convenient to 3 different metro stations and is easy walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and Invalides, but the area is not "touristy." We enjoyed the neighborhood restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. A great Saturday market is around the corner. Arnaud was a great host and was flexible and helpful with our unique scheduling issues. The unit has 3 BRs upstairs and a nice sleeper sofa on the lower floor with a privacy screen. There are 4 total bathrooms - each floor has what Americans would call a "half-bath" with a toilet and vanity, as well as a separate room with a shower and vanity. This arrangement is different than what we are used to in the US, but we found it convenient for the 6 of us. A couple in our party are somewhat mobility-challenged, so they found the ground floor apartment super accessible - although found the stairs a little steep and awkward, but they managed. Highly recommended this apartment!

What an amazing experience. The apartment is in the middle of everything. Incredible access to the most sought after sites in Paris. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. All the amenities you could possibly want. The apartment was spotless and comfortable. We can’t wait to return.

We had a wonderful stay at Sixtine’s! We arrived early and she was happy to let us check in ahead of time. She also provided a travel cot for our infant and had it set up for us! You cannot beat the location, amenities, and beautiful view of Paris’ signature rooftops. From the beginning of the trip to the end, Sixtine provided perfect communication. We were very well cared for. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

The best views of Paris and walking distance to great restaurants and shops in a safe neighborhood. The light show at night of the Eiffel Tower while sitting on the terrace was something you see in a movie. We will definitely be back. Thierry was a great host and very responsive. He helped make this trip smooth and enjoyable.

An expansive flat in District 2, the apartment was just what the doctor ordered, it was very well equipped spacious and very comfortable. in addition everything was spotless and we felt very comfortable being in someone else's home.
