Splendid terrace magnificent view

Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

Stylish apartment on pedestrian street

Welcome to my apartment in a beautiful Haussmann building, carefully designed with an architect and interior designer. Ideal for a couple and 1 or 2 children. The apartment is on the 3rd level on a pedestrian street with all the stores a foodie can dream of. Two metro lines 2 minutes away and a third one 10 minutes away make Paris and beyond very easy to access. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Paris - very nice neighborhood, well connected but not directly in crowded tourist areas

Charmant studio Montmartre

Studio parisien lumineux, confortable, 4ème avec ascenseur et dans une rue tranquille...il a tout pour plaire (dont une jolie vue du balcon sur le Sacré Coeur)! A 1 mn à pied du métro Porte de St-Ouen et à 2 mn du tramway T3b, il est très bien connecté pour aller partout dans Paris. Idéal pour venir passer seul ou à deux quelques jours aux pieds de Montmartre.

Happy is a very kind and thoughtful host. She responded quickly to all my questions and was flexible and accommodating throughout my stay. I feel so lucky to have spent my first time in Paris at her lovely home. I also enjoyed a wonderful time with her adorable pets. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable—I was able to relax and feel at home. If I come back to Paris, I would definitely love to stay at Happy’s place again. Thank you so much for everything!

The location is just wonderful! Two metro stations serving 3 lines are only 5-7 minutes walk away. Thanks to Pascal's amazingly detailed and illustrated instructions, it was quite easy to find. The room is small, but clean and tidy. It has many things that will make your stay comfortable: microwave, kettle, fridge, fan, iron and even an ironing board. And even an umbrella :) The bathroom and toilet are shared, but I did not suffer from it. My special thanks to Pascal and Corinne for their friendliness and hospitality.

Konumu bulması kolaydı. Güzel bir muhitte 2 metro istasyonuna da yakın bir yerdeydi. Oda ihtiyaçlarımızı karşıladı. Ev sahipleri yardımseverdi. Banyodan ara sıra ufak sesler geliyordu ve ses yalıtımı fransa evlerinin eski olması dolayısıyla çok iyi değildi sanırım. Fakat sorun değildi. Genel olarak memnun kaldık teşekkür ederiz.
