Charming apartment in the former Hotel Astoria in the Frankenberg district. The apartment is lovingly furnished and offers everything you need for a stay outside your own home. The kitchenette is equipped with a toaster ,a kettle,a Nespresso coffee machine, stove, fridge and all things everyday. The 140m x200m new box spring bed ,as well as a table with chairs and a double sofa complete the living room. As a small "highlight", a small bay window with a cozy armchair invites,from which you have a magnificent view of the Oppenhoffallee. The equipment also includes a small stereo system, a TV and Wi-Fi. In the bathroom there is a separate toilet and a bathtub with rain shower. The apartment has 30sqm is on the 3rd floor with an elevator.

A bright, individually furnished apartment with your own entrance and garden use, double bed, sitting area and table awaits you. Quiet and central location. There is a kitchenette with fridge and coffee machine, coffee, tea. In the bathroom you will find towels and hairdryers. Electric blinds in front of the windows. WiFi available. Stay in the historical center of Vaals. The French Church dates from 1667 and was converted into living spaces in 1837. This national monument has been restored in the style and materials from 1837. The authentic interior is half-timbered and finished with clay. Shops in walking distance. Trip point 2 km. Vaalserbos 200 meters Wood stove. Binnenhofje with seating area. In consultation, use of family garden. Apartment on 1st floor. 2nd floor inhabited and given the nature of the building it is not mouse quiet.

The 200sqm flat is located in "Frankenberger Viertel", a trendy area of Aachen. Hardwood Floors, high Stucco ceilings, old wooden doors, a private patio - perfect for a weekend in the city with your family or friends or for a business trip. Good for a little celebration, not for party groups though. Most of my neighbors are quiet families and the house is quiet at night and has a 22:00 curfew. Discounts possible after one night. Please write to me if your appointment is not available. You can expect 2 beautiful bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (160 × 200). In addition, 1 sleeping loft (140 × 200) and 1 very comfortable sofa bed (130 × 200) as well as a large sofa bed (150 × 200) and the double bed (160 × 200) in the garden room. In addition, a modern kitchen, a chic bathroom with windows and a furnished terrace. Private items are kept to a minimum. 5 min walk to Eurogress or Tivoli, 15 min to town hall/cathedral.

Newly renovated with love, the old building is the former hunting room of the property. In addition to old ship's parquet, a stucco ceiling adorns the large, bright living room with sofa bed and dining table. The apartment includes a private terrace and a large parking lot is also right in front of the door. It takes 10 minutes by car to get to Aachen city centre. ( Belgium 20 min., Holland 10 min.) In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)
