The 37 m² one-room apartment is located on the first floor of a farmhouse in the village center of Marburg-Hermershausen and is accessible through the shared staircase. Real wood parquet, tiled floor as well as a solid wood kitchen, solid wood furniture and natural textiles invite you to feel good. The spacious bathroom has a floor-level shower, the kitchen offers a double-burner ceramic hob, microwave and exhaust hood. Wi-Fi is available. If necessary, a washing machine can also be used.

It is part of a complex of farm buildings dating back to 1610 and is located in a small, peaceful village with direct access to hiking and cycling paths. We have tried to create a cosy and comfortable space for you - ideal for families, couples or simply someone looking for some peace and quiet. Since we live next door, we are always at hand should you need anything.

I offer a nice, comfortably furnished and quietly located granny apartment for rent. It is equipped with shutters, carpet and floor heating. 2 single beds and a very comfortable sofa bed for 2 people serve as a sleeping area. A table and 4 chairs form the center for a cozy round. In the mini-kitchen there is a sink, 2 hotplates, fridge, toaster, microwave, extractor hood and much more. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and tumble dryer.
