We had the pleasure of spending a few unforgettable days at Katie’s beautiful apartment in Ronco sopra Ascona. The view is absolutely breathtaking – Lake Maggiore stretches out at your feet, with Ascona and the Brissago Island in full view, framed by the surrounding mountains. The long hours of sunshine on the spacious terrace were a true highlight. The apartment is nice furnished, very well maintained, and offers plenty of space with its three bedrooms – ideal for families or small groups. Everything was clean and perfectly prepared – you can tell Katie is a thoughtful and caring host. The location is peaceful, yet just a short drive from Ascona and the lake. The combination of privacy, stunning views, and comfort makes this place a real gem. We’d love to come back – thank you, Katie!

Sveva’s home was beautiful, clean and spacious. The location was easy to get to and close to everything. Sveva was very friendly and responsive whenever we needed assistance. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Beautiful place and stunning view! Very private and the pool and surroundings were such an added bonus. The one thing we wish we did was rent a car because only a few restaurants are nearby and you have to walk on the main highway. But it was a wonderful stay and Vicky was great at communication!

This apartment has the most beautiful views from the balcony and living room. We very much enjoyed our morning coffee in the balcony and the weather was perfect - not too hot which made sitting in the sun a delight. On a hot day, a shade in the balcony would be perfect. The location is perfect as it's right next to the ferry terminal. The roadside can be a little noisy but after a while it became white noise as you take in the breathtaking view. We rented a vespa and found it very easy to move around whether by taking the ferry to Bellagio on the other side or to Menaggio, 10mins down the road. We also had a dedicated parking spot which was perfect. Irina was very responsive and helpful. We absolutely loved the bottle of sparkling wine that she left us on arrival. Very nice touch. It truly is idyllic and we would love to return one day. Lake Como is a magical place.

We stayed seven nights and wish we could have stayed longer. We loved the location: it was a nice walk through one of the nicest villages on the lake to the ferry station. And, there are two bus lines that are super convenient (one just outside (#25) and one just a few minutes walk (#10)) making the entire lake accessable until late. The views from the unit are unbeatable! Waking up and going to bed looking at the lake was breathtaking. And it was so quiet. The unit had everything we needed for the one week stay and the bed was very comfortable. There is a little Lido/Beach up the street and a very nice beach club one ferry stop across the lake at Faggeto Lario. We hope to come back one day.

This place was beautiful! Lake access and had everything we needed. Carmen was a wonderful host and I hope we are able to return in the future!

This home is incredible. The view is stunning. But it is a decent hike up to the house. If you come by ferry it would take 30 mins from terminal to get to the home with many steps. Very challenging with a heavy suitcase. If you come by car it will take approximately 10-15 mins. Lots of stairs. Pack light if you’re able to. The home itself is over 3 levels by a spiral staircase. Bring light luggage if possible. The deck is so nice to spend time on. Lovely, memorable home with a friendly helpful host. Will never forget this beautiful place

A very nice, clean house close to the lake. Big rooms and a big terrace. There is also a lot of space to park the car in front of the house. We had a very nice stay. Thank you.

A real favorite for this house perched on the heights with a breathtaking view of Lake Maggiore, all in a peaceful and privileged setting. We were delighted with our stay, everything is there: comfort, space, view, amenities, everything you need is there. We didn't see our host but we could easily communicate with him. We will be happy to return to this little haven of peace.

Brilliant place to stay. Incredibly beautiful surrounds and close to a wonderful lido for swimming. Fabulous walk into the city centre. The apartment was perfect for our stay and Bernhard was wonderful and accommodating. Highly recommend.

e had a truly wonderful stay at the Castle Loft in Santa Maria Rezzonico. Traveling with three adults and our 14-month-old baby, we found the apartment to be perfectly suited to our needs — spacious, clean, and full of charm. The blend of character and modern comfort made it feel both special and relaxing. The location is absolutely stunning. Nestled in a quiet village with the lake close by, it felt like a hidden gem. We loved exploring along the lakeshore, and visiting nearby towns. The area is peaceful yet well-connected for day trips, and the views are simply unforgettable.

Very good situation. Easy to find. Clear instructions. Amazing view, just for that the price worth it. Center is not far, more or less 15 minutes walk. Parking available. Fridge with various products for our attention. Very kind. I recommend the place.

This apartment was once their home and you can feel that when you arrive - it’s not just another apartment, it’s a home. It was perfect for our family of five. It’s in a very safe area and very close to any dining, shopping, drinking, or boating you want to do. We really enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend it to anyone!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is beautiful and the view was stunning! We loved sitting on the balcony each night. We also appreciated having a dryer. This space was very nice and accommodating. The location was very convenient to the train station, but it was further away than we realized from the coast. We wished it had been a touch closer to the main coastline. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

The apartment was great — clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. It’s conveniently located close to the train station, which made getting around very easy. The host was very helpful, personally showed me the apartment, explained everything clearly, and responded quickly to messages. I had a very pleasant stay.

We spent 4 nights in an absolutely ideal place to rest. The setting is very quiet, with a magnificent view of the lake, perfect for disconnecting. We had an accommodation with an outdoor kitchen, which was really nice to fully enjoy the environment. The room was very nice, comfortable and clean. The place is also perfectly suited for a stay with a small child: there is a sandbox, a swing, some toys on site, a high chair, a baby bed... even board games for family evenings. The owners are lovely, with lots of little touches that make the difference: on our arrival, fresh fruits, yogurts, beers... And for those who like their peace, don't worry, we hardly saw them The only small point of improvement in my opinion would be the addition of a small pool, it would really be the icing on the cake. But otherwise, everything was great, a real little corner of paradise

We had just a wonderful time in this beautifully furnished apartment. It was very clean, beds very comfortable - even the sleeper sofa. The location was very central. Shops, restaurants, train station in walking distance. We can highly recommend the apartment.
